You will learn how to increase your own resilience and overall sense of appreciation and wellbeing. Self-Esteem & Clarity
On day 2, we look at having more confidence, higher self-esteem, and clarity as some of the extraordinary benefits of cultivating a practice of gratitude. Feeling confident in your life leads to less stress and better decisions. A way to increase your confidence and clarity is to look for ways that your life is working for you and to find gratitude for these aspects. You will learn how to increase your own confidence and clarity and build your gratitude practice. Empathy & Better Relationships
On day 3, we explore how empathy and better relationships both with yourself and others is another powerful benefit of practicing gratitude. As with emotional intelligence (EQ), which is changeable, you can also raise your gratitude quotient (GQ). Having a higher gratitude quotient gives you the ability to have more patience, empathy, and kindness in all relationships. What you focus on expands. You will learn how to tap into greater wells of empathy and gratitude in today's session.

Service
Day 12 looks at the desire to be of service to others and make a difference as another positive benefit of being grateful. By now, you will have over 120 new aspects of your life that you are thankful for.

Congratulations on making it to day 15 and finishing the 15 Days of Gratitude to Change Your Life course! Hopefully, you are starting to see and feel the benefits of having a daily gratitude practice. You've learned a lot of different techniques and ways to cultivate gratitude in your life so that it becomes a habit. The last session is your final meditation to experience a deeper divine connection and sense of gratitude for yourself and the world around you.
