Lesson 1

Resilience

Welcome to this powerful course designed to increase your gratitude quotient and help you experience a more connected, joyful, and heartful life. Over the next five days, we will focus on module one: the mind. One of the greatest benefits of actively practicing gratitude is having increased resilience, which is especially powerful during uncertain and unsteady times. Forbes Magazine published an article on the 7 Benefits of Gratitude that shows that resilience is one of the most impactful aspects of gratitude on your health. You will learn how to increase your own resilience and overall sense of appreciation and wellbeing. In order to build your gratitude muscle, you will have daily homework asking you to schedule a time for stillness, cultivate a feeling of gratitude, and write 10 new things each day to be grateful for in your gratitude journal.

Lesson 2

Self-Esteem & Clarity

On day 2, we look at having more confidence, higher self-esteem, and clarity as some of the extraordinary benefits of cultivating a practice of gratitude. You will learn how to increase your own confidence and clarity and build your gratitude practice. Your homework is to schedule time for stillness, cultivating a feeling of gratitude, and writing 10 new things to be grateful for in your gratitude journal.

You will learn how to tap into greater wells of empathy and gratitude in today's session. Your homework is to make time for stillness, cultivating a feeling of gratitude and writing 10 new things to be grateful for in your gratitude journal.

I was just going through a dark night of the soul period in my life. 6 months ago I left a controlling verbally abusive partner. And shortly after a previous ex-husband returned claiming he’d cleanup his addictions and wanted to reconcile. He commented how I’d become negative after not seeing me for four years. He had a point. I found this course and began right away. Then his behaviour became confusing and I quickly found he was back in his addictive habits. Thankfully I was about 10 days into this course work. I was brimming with newly found energy and self-love too. I believe it was one of the tools that helped me get my boundaries setup quickly and I moved my ex out of my life for the third and last time. What I realised is this pattern I was in with two partners had to end and I need to heal. I’m working on that already. I’m grateful for his honesty about me and then his deceit so I can work on healing old wounds. It’s impressive how it works! I’m going to continue to practice daily with 10 things every day I’m grateful for.
