Hi,
This is Julie Riesler.
I'm thrilled to be here with you to help you align your energy systems that are naturally within your body.
These seven energy systems,
Otherwise known as your chakras,
Wheels of energy,
Are a natural part of your body and together we're going to align and bring the maximum amount of peace,
Well-being,
And feeling of connection to all aspects of your mind,
Body,
And soul.
And so let's get started.
I invite you to sit in a comfortable place where you can have quiet and ease and peace and as you're sitting,
Noticing your breath,
Sitting with a nice tall spine,
I invite you to put your hands on your lap or perhaps one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
And first we're going to start with your breath.
So just noticing as you inhale,
As you breathe in,
Your belly is going to expand with air like a balloon,
Breathing in well-being and peace.
And as you exhale,
Allowing your belly to deflate like a balloon and with this exhale,
Letting go of any worry or concern.
So just coming home to your breath,
Breathing in,
Allowing your belly to expand,
Your body to expand and fill up with health and well-being,
Peace,
Ease,
And exhaling anything that is not that,
Anything that does not serve you.
Just getting comfortable with your breath,
Quieting down your mind.
It's not about stopping our mind chatter,
It's letting it just slow down and coming home to the highest essence that is you.
And first we're going to start at the top of our head.
We're actually going to begin at the crown chakra,
Which is our seventh chakra.
And I invite you to imagine the top of your head opening up to the heavens above.
The color associated with our crown chakra is a translucent white or lavender.
And I invite you to imagine this healing light.
I like to think of it as a sparkly white translucent energy and light surrounding the top of my head coming from the heavens from all around us,
Swirling down the top of your head throughout your body,
Through your blood,
Your bones,
Your organs,
Your cells,
Just adding that healing white light to all areas of your body.
And we're going to start by allowing our body to fill with that light.
And then anything that needs extra support or any waste in your body or any part of your body that wanted that extra light that does not need to be there anymore,
Allow it to come through your feet and go into the ground.
Now we're ready to begin by aligning our seven chakras.
First,
Noticing your feet on the ground.
We're going to start with our root chakra,
Which starts with our feet moving all the way up to our legs,
To our lower pelvis.
The color associated with our root chakra,
That first chakra is red.
And I invite you to imagine roots growing out of your feet,
Expanding into the floor,
Into the earth,
As far and wide as you can imagine.
These roots are grounding you,
Grounding you to all that is,
To your deep connection,
To your highest connection to yourself,
To the earth,
Into the planet.
Picturing those deep red roots,
Perhaps coming back up from the earth into your feet,
Into your legs.
And just imagining a red,
Vibrant light swirling,
Circulating around your legs,
Around your lower pelvis,
That tailbone area.
And just noticing what you feel.
This chakra is our connection to our purpose.
It's being deeply connected to the earth.
That sense of feeling grounded,
Rooted.
Where might you need more support and grounding?
It can also be associated with our sense of abundance and feeling connected to the world.
So just breathing and pausing and notice where this shows up for you.
And as you picture that red light circulating your legs,
Your feet,
Tailbone,
We're going to enliven and balance each chakra using the sacred sound that corresponds,
That tone that corresponds with each chakra.
And so to enliven this experience,
We will start with the root chakra tone,
Which is lamb.
Inhale,
Exhale,
And together we will speak the tone.
Lamb.
Beautiful.
And just notice that vibration around your legs.
Next,
We're going to move up to the second chakra.
This chakra is known as your sacral chakra.
It is located at the lower abdomen for women,
The womb area,
The area around our sexual organs.
And the color associated with our sacral chakra is orange.
It's a beautiful,
Bright orange energy.
And I invite you to picture that circulating around your lower abdomen,
Your womb.
And the thought and the focus of your sacral chakra is creativity,
Birth,
Sensuality.
And just notice what would like to be birthed inside of you.
Where would you like to express more creativity?
Where would you like to feel more connected to your sensuality?
And just allow yourself to feel into that question and notice the orange energy vibrating,
Circulating around your lower abdomen,
Breathing in and out.
And to enliven and balance your sacral chakra,
The tone associated is Vam.
We're going to inhale and then exhale and we will chant Vam.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Vam.
And just notice that swirling,
Perhaps,
Of your root chakra and now your sacral chakra.
And next we're going to move up to your third chakra,
That solar plexus chakra located at your navel.
This is where you were connected to your mother before being birthed into this world through the umbilical cord.
This is our center,
Our connection to our core,
To our gut,
Those gut instincts,
To that feeling of power and empowerment.
And the color associated with our solar plexus chakra is golden or yellow.
And I just invite you to picture and imagine that golden hue,
That golden energy circulating around your navel,
Around your core.
And maybe you ask yourself,
Where would I like to have more connection to my sense of empowerment or power?
Where can I strengthen my core?
How am I listening or not listening to my gut instincts?
And just allow yourself to breathe in and out to that source of energy around your navel and to enliven and balance our solar plexus chakra,
That third chakra.
The tone associated is Ram.
Together let's inhale and exhale and chant Ram.
Perhaps you notice the root chakra red circulating next,
The orange chakra,
The healing energy light around your womb,
Around your lower abdomen,
Moving up to that golden light around your belly.
And next we're going to move up to your heart chakra,
The fourth chakra located at your heart in the chest area.
The color associated with the chakra is green.
Sometimes it is known that the green,
That emerald beautiful green expands out into the color pink.
How are you honoring your heart?
This is where we focus on love and passion and compassion.
How are you loving the most important person in your life,
Yourself?
How are you showing yourself love?
How are you showing love to family,
To friends,
To those you don't know,
To those who might be more challenging in your life?
Where and how can you add more love to the planet,
To the earth,
To the animals around you?
Just feel into your heart center and notice that green vibration,
That energy circulating around your chest,
Allowing whatever you feel,
Whatever you notice to be there and to accept and welcome whatever,
Whatever is showing up.
And the tone that is associated with our heart chakra is yum.
Together,
Let's enliven and balance our heart chakra by inhaling and exhaling and together we'll say yum.
Allowing yourself to be at one with your heart.
And perhaps you're noticing the red and orange,
Golden and now green vibrant energy circles vibrating around your body,
Around your legs,
Lower abdomen,
Belly,
Your heart.
And next we're going to move up to our fifth chakra,
Our throat chakra located by your throat.
The color associated here is blue.
Perhaps you picture a sky blue or maybe a more deeper blue.
Whatever color comes to you,
Allow it to fill your throat.
And the throat chakra is about expressing your voice.
It's about allowing yourself to speak and share your perspective and your sacred voice with the world.
Perhaps you pause and ask yourself,
Where can I add my voice?
Where have I been stifling my voice?
Where can I add more of my divine views and perspective to the world?
Just notice what you feel.
Notice that blue energy around your voice,
Around your throat chakra.
Together,
Let's enliven and balance your throat chakra.
The tone that is associated here is hum.
Almost like saying hum,
Like a hum,
Humming.
So together we will inhale and then exhale and chant hum.
And if at any time you'd like to pause and say these tones again to yourself,
You are welcome.
And I encourage you to listen to your body at any time to pause whenever you feel necessary,
Feel like you need to tune in.
Next we'll move up to our sixth chakra.
This is the third eye chakra located between your brows.
This is the chakra that is connected to our highest knowing,
Our intuition,
Our wisdom,
Our deep connection to the divine.
This is located between your brows and I invite you to imagine an eye located right between your brows.
And perhaps you can imagine it opening,
Opening to that world that as human beings,
We are all given the privilege and birthright of being connected to our highest self,
To the highest frequency of love and light.
And the color associated with your third eye chakra is indigo,
Deep purple.
And just noticing that vibrational purple energy swirling around your third eye,
Around your brows,
Around your face and asking yourself,
Where can I listen to my intuition more?
How can I enhance my connection to the divine,
That inner wisdom that I've sensed,
That I've felt,
That I know is there?
And just allow yourself to breathe in and out,
Feeling that energy around your face,
Around your eyes.
And the tone associated,
That sacred tone associated with our third eye chakra is Kashan.
So together we will enliven and balance our third eye chakra.
First inhaling and exhaling and together we will say Kashan.
And just noticing perhaps that root red chakra energy is circulating around your legs,
Orange energy is moving around your lower belly.
Golden yellow chakra energy is moving around your navel all the way up to your heart with the green chakra energy,
Up to your throat,
That blue circulating energy moving through and around your throat and neck.
And now your sixth sense,
Your third eye chakra,
That indigo swirling around your third eye.
Just breathing in and out,
The wellbeing piece that is you.
And lastly,
I invite you to move up to your seventh chakra,
Where we began our meditation,
The crown chakra.
And the area associated here is the top of your head.
The crown chakra is connected to the most high and divine essence of who we are,
Whether you call it higher power,
Source energy,
The universe,
God,
Goddess,
Divine wellbeing,
Oneness,
Whatever it is that you refer to as the highest creative energy that is in all of us.
That is the energy that we will tap into in our crown chakra.
And I invite you again to imagine the top of your head opening like a sun roof at the top of a car.
And as there is that opening,
Picture again that translucent white,
Maybe lavender light swirling from the top of the heavens all the way to the top of your head,
Throughout your body,
Circulating,
Vibrating,
And just noticing how that feels to know that you are connecting right now in this moment to all that is you,
To your highest self,
Your highest potential,
To the highest frequency that is love and light,
Ease and wellbeing and joy and peace.
Just allowing your body to connect to your crown chakra,
Breathing in and out,
Perhaps asking yourself how you can pause more throughout your day to connect to the highest essence that is you.
And together,
Let's enliven and balance your crown chakra.
The tone associated with the chakra is Aum.
So together,
Let's inhale and exhale.
And we will repeat the same thing.
Allowing your body to take in the full healing alignment while being that you've gifted it today by spending time aligning each and every main chakra,
That wheel of energy that is in your body and that is there for you to align and to enliven at any time.
So I invite you to begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Opening your eyes,
Noticing how you feel,
Thanking your body for taking this time today to connect at a deeper level to the highest place,
That place that is always your home of love,
Connection,
Peace and wellbeing.
Together taking our hands to our heart,
We will end with Namaste,
Which means the divine light and spark in I honors,
Acknowledges and sees the divine spark and light in you.
And together we will end with Namaste.
