COURSE

Coming Home To The Body

With Michael Arnstein

This course is designed for anyone who feels disconnected from their body - whether due to trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, burnout, or simply the stress of daily life. If the body hasn’t felt like a safe or trustworthy place to be, this is a space to begin gently rebuilding that relationship. Across our sessions, you’ll explore practical tools to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body’s signals, and create a sense of inner safety through grounded, trauma-informed practices. Each session includes a short teaching and a guided practice designed to meet you exactly where you are - no pressure to “fix” anything or force a breakthrough. You’ll be guided through: • Regulating breathwork to support your nervous system • Proprioceptive practices to build presence through movement and stillness • Interoceptive awareness to reconnect with physical sensations without overwhelm • Compassion-based embodiment to soften judgment and create a kinder inner environment • Mindful observation to shift from judgment and reactivity to curiosity • Visualization and nervous system anchoring to cultivate safety in a way that feels doable This course isn’t about perfection, performance, or pushing through. It’s about beginning to relate to your body with more gentleness, honesty, and care - even if it’s just one breath at a time.

Creating A Ritual Of Care

In this final session, we weave together the elements of breath, contact, awareness, and compassion into a simple self-guided ritual. Rather than a performance, this is a practice of returning.
