Meet your Teacher

Kanwal Jehan is the founder of GrowthSpire.co and a certified trauma-informed Breathwork & Meditation Coach with over a decade of experience guiding mission-driven leaders and teams through healing, burnout recovery, and nervous system regulation. She has supported leaders from companies like Accenture, Verizon, WeWork, Cooley LLP, and ConsenSys, and has studied breathwork and spiritual practices in Thailand, Bali, and beyond. Kanwal combines science-backed techniques with soulful wisdom to help you find clarity, balance, and deep inner peace—one breath at a time.

Safe To Feel

This day invites you to feel fully—without shame or fear. Through breath and storytelling, we create a safe space to acknowledge what’s been buried and begin building trust in your capacity to feel and still be okay.

Reclaiming The Body

Your body holds the map to your safety. In this session, we return to the body as a sacred place—not just a vessel, but a wise guide. You’ll explore where aliveness lives in your body, and where it’s asking for attention or healing.

Inner Sanctuary

Today, you’ll visualize and build your personal inner sanctuary—a peaceful space that no one can disturb. This becomes a refuge to return to when life gets loud, and a reminder that stillness is always within reach.

The Nervous System’s Language

The focus of this lesson is polyvagal insights in real life. This session teaches you how to notice the signals of your nervous system—fight, flight, freeze, or calm—and gives you simple tools to return to regulation using the breath as your tuning tool.

Boundaries Are Love

We reframe boundaries as sacred and necessary—not for separation, but for safety and self-honoring. Through the metaphor of a sacred garden, you’ll practice creating energetic boundaries that feel empowering and clear.
