Take a moment to fall deeply into relaxation and connect to your purest essence through nature. Listening to the sounds of nature, listen to your breath and find the rhythm of your breath in nature. Surrender and let go, so you are guided into alignment.

Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to your practice today.

Find a comfortable position,

Cross legged,

Or your feet on the floor,

If you're sitting on a chair,

Keeping your back straight,

Your spine straight,

Your neck straight and your chin tilted.

When you're ready close your eyes and arrive into the space,

Into your inner world,

Becoming aware of the sounds of nature,

Becoming aware of your body affected by the sounds of nature.

As you listen to the sounds of the birds chirping,

Take a moment to offer gratitude for Mama Earth,

For Mama nature,

For Pacha Mama that gifts us with all of these beautiful sounds.

As you listen,

Connect to your breath,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling from the mouth.

Inhaling again through the nose and exhaling from the mouth.

Inhaling again slowly and gently into your nostrils and exhaling from your mouth.

And with each exhale,

Just let it go and let it be.

Now breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Take a moment to relax your body,

Drop your shoulders,

Relax the back of your neck,

Relax your arms,

Your hips,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Relaxing your legs,

Your ankles and the soles of your feet,

Your whole body just relaxing to the sounds of nature.

Surrendering into the unknown,

Breathing in through your nose and breathing out from your nose.

Take a moment to listen and bring your awareness to the sounds around you.

It is taking a long time.

Just taking this moment to reflect,

To become aware,

To look within.

To focus.

Taking a moment.

Just let it all go.

And to surrender to what's coming up for you.

And how the sounds from nature and Pachamama are relaxing you,

Nurturing you,

Supporting you,

Guiding you.

Straight into alignment.

So breathe in through your nose.

And breathe out.

Relax your chest.

Let it all go into Mama Nature.

Let her take all your worries,

All your anxiety,

All your stress,

All the frustration,

The irritation,

All the discomfort.

Just give it to her.

And just take a moment as you breathe in.

And breathe out from your nostrils.

Start to surrender.

Start letting go.

And now offering gratitude for doing the best that you could from surrendering and letting go.

Taking a moment to be grateful for arriving,

For showing up today for yourself.

To take a moment to offer gratitude for yourself and for Mama Nature,

Mama Earth,

Pachamama,

Whatever you call nature.

And then when you're ready,

Slowly move your shoulders.

And open up your eyes when you're ready.
