Welcome beautiful soul to your awareness meditation.
I invite you to take a comfortably seated position on your chair or on the floor or on the cushion whatever is comfortable for you.
Make a few movements moving your shoulders your fingers your hips and when you're ready close your eyes bringing your focus and awareness to your breath.
Breathe in through your nostrils filling up your belly your lungs and your chest very slowly and gently taking the inhales in and then slowly and gently exhaling from the mouth releasing everything that you have inhaled breathing in again in through your nostrils filling up your belly your lungs and your chest and being gentle and kind with every inhale and then exhaling from your mouth sighing heavily listening to the sound of your own breath with every inhale.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathe in listen to the sound of your breath through the nostrils fill up your belly your lungs and your chest slowly and gently and then very slowly and gently exhale from the mouth watching your breath watching your chest and your belly fall as you sigh heavily and as you exhale taking a moment to bring your awareness to your whole body let's take a moment to bring the awareness to the top of your head coming down the back of your head as you're breathing in and out through your nostrils just watch and observe as you focus on each and every part of the body bring your awareness to your third eye now to your face to your eyes to your nose to your upper lip to your lower lip to your left ear to your right ear coming down the sides of your ears into the front of your neck and into your shoulders as you breathe in and out from your nostrils relax your shoulders and just sink in into your own body with no worries from the outside just trusting that where you are right now is where you are supposed to be relaxing your arms as they get heavier and heavier bringing awareness to your elbows to your wrists to your hands to your palms to each of your fingertips and really breathing in into your hands and just loosening that grip that grip you have over your life over your relationships over your career and just let your hands loose let them fall feeling the lightness as tension leaves each of your fingertips imagine all of the softness this release this relaxation and lightness traveling up your arms into your shoulders helping you drop your shoulders helping you arrive into your chest and feeling that lightness into your heart center relaxing your heart area going down your ribs your lungs your kidneys into your liver and into your belly breathing in to your nostril and breathing out from your nostrils let your belly drop take a moment to watch with every inhale your belly rises and with every exhale your belly Falls bring your awareness to your chest and watch how your chest rises with every inhale and watch how your chest falls with every exhale feel the joy and the love in your heart center the warmth the pure love the pure clarity that you get when you listen to your heart so bring that awareness to your heart space as you breathe in in through the nose and out from your nose feeling that lightness around your whole body as you're sinking deeper and deeper into yourself and into that heart space if the mind is wandering come back to your breath bringing awareness to the heart space to your chest and just watch how your chest rises and falls if the mind is wandering and the monkey mind is taking over just remember that you're not alone remember that you get to choose but to focus on so what will you focus on remember you have a choice the choice between listening to your thoughts or listening to the voice of your heart just for now and in this moment I want you to ask your heart what do you need what do you want what do you desire in life I just let it give you the answer right now or in the next hour or in the next day in the next week or the next month you need to push force it's just a question to ask so the universe may just give you the answer whenever you really need it and if you already have the answer I want you to take your time listening to your heart and letting it have a conversation with you and once you're done I want you to take a moment to offer gratitude for your breath for your body especially your heart that is guiding you that is showing you the truth and whenever you're ready offer that gratitude and very slowly and gently start to move your fingers your toes very small gentle movements in your neck and shoulders taking a long stretch with your arms above your head and then taking your one last breath here with me breathing in into the nose and hold for three two one and exhaling and when you're ready with all of that love and gratitude open up your eyes and enjoy the day ahead you
