Good morning beautiful soul.

Welcome to your morning practice.

Let's begin by gently closing our eyes and arriving into the space here in the now,

This present moment.

Take a long deep breath in through your nose and exhale from your mouth.

Take another long deep breath in through the nose and exhale from the mouth.

Take another long deep breath in through the nose and exhale from the mouth.

Let's take a moment to arrive into your inner space,

Into your most sacred inner world.

Just take a moment as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Become aware of your body.

Become aware of your thoughts.

Become aware of any sensations in the body or any emotions you might be feeling.

Just take a moment to do a quick scan of the body,

Of the mind,

What's happening for you.

How are you feeling today?

Breathing in through the nose now and breathing out from the nose.

Take a moment to watch your breath.

With every inhale,

Watch how your belly rises.

With every exhale,

Watch how your belly falls.

Observe how the belly is rising and how it falls.

With each inhalation and exhalation,

The dance,

The rhythm of your breath.

Just taking a moment to watch and become aware of how the belly is affected by your breath.

As you breathe in through your nostrils and breathe out,

Just bring that focus and awareness to the belly.

Relax your belly and watch the rhythm,

The dance of your breath.

With your belly.

Breathing in through the nose and breathing out from the nose.

Just sink in a little bit deeper,

Allowing your belly to relax.

Now take a moment to offer gratitude for this observation,

For watching how your breath affects your belly.

To become aware,

To become more conscious of your body.

Take a long deep breath in through the nose and now exhale from the mouth.

Just sighing heavily and letting it all go.

Take another long deep breath in through your nostrils,

Filling up the belly,

The lungs and the chest and exhale from the mouth and let it all go.

And one last time,

A long beautiful deep breath in through the nose,

Fill up the belly,

Your lungs and your chest and exhale from your mouth and let it all go.

And now take a moment to offer gratitude for this practice.

To offer gratitude for your breath.

To offer gratitude for being alive.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open up your eyes.
