Each lesson will introduce you to the themes of this season, as well as powerful-but-simple practices for healthy breathing, supporting the immune system, and releasing old energies and habits you no longer need. As the leaves begin to fall, the days grow shorter, and the harvest time starts to wane, we humans are invited to practice letting go, too.
