Meet your Teacher

Sean Corey is a yoga teacher, spiritual seeker, and lifelong student of healthy living through yoga and meditation. With advanced certifications in Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda, he shares the timeless practices that have shaped his own journey of evolution. His teachings are grounded, accessible, and heart-centered—offering students a space to reconnect with themselves, regulate their energy, and live with greater clarity, resilience, and inner strength. Sean spent five years as a full-time resident at the Himalayan Institute, immersing himself in trainings, retreats, and teachings on yoga, meditation, mantra, tantra, and sacred scripture.
