This was/is such a wonderful journey, it just gets better and better class after class. The relaxation is remarkable. The relaxation has put me in the alpha state of mind several times. The visions were so clear, just like being there. I have dealt with anxiety all my life. That has caused a knot in my chest that I have carried with me for as long as I can remember, so much so that I thought it was so normal that everyone had one. As I journeyed through these classes, 4 or 5 at one sitting, that knot started to release. By the end it fully released for the first time ever. I'm sure it will be back, but not as tight, and I do know how to release it again and again till it remains gone. As for entering so deep into the alpha state, the visions are so clear. Had on of a thought coming at me as a spaceship, I zapped it and it floated up to the surface and became a ripple. Mark, you have a wonderful way of guiding me through a meditation and giving information on how to relax its amazing. I have been meditating on insight timer now since July 2025, its now December. I have completed 125 days straight, mostly, 75%or so with Mark, and this journey has been so wonderful. I never thought it possible to get so much peace and calm. Thank you Mark. You may want to make this class into a sound track, to give a nonstop experience for this class. Sorry for such a long review, I usually don't leave reviews, but I have never felt so free from anxiety. I know it will be back, but I'll just zap it again and watch it float to the surface and become a ripple again. I look forward to more of your classes
