In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Wood Element represents growth, vision and forward movement. When this energy becomes blocked, it manifests as anger, frustration, irritation and stress. When it flows freely, it becomes clarity, boundaries, courage and aligned action. In this course, you will learn how to work with anger and stress as directional life force energy rather than something to suppress or avoid. Through a short teaching, a guided somatic meditation and a structured journaling practice, you will be guided through a simple 5-step framework to transform emotional triggers into aligned responses. You will learn how to: Understand anger as blocked Wood energy that wants to move Recognise the signs of stress and emotional activation in your body Transform anger and frustration into clarity and direction Develop curiosity and self-compassion in moments of reactivity Take aligned action based on your values and needs By the end of this course, you will have a practical process to work with difficult emotions so they support your growth, resilience and well-being.
