This heart-centered guided practice invites you to rest in the blessings of lovingkindness. You’ll gently offer kindness to yourself, a loved one, your community, and all beings, repeating simple phrases like "May all obstacles dissolve so I can know the light of my Being" and “May this person I care about nourish their body with good food, rest, love and kindness.” Through tender attention to your own body, mind, and heart, this meditation helps cultivate compassion, peace, and a sense of inner light. As the blessings expand outward, you may notice a softening within and a deepening sense of connection. You are invited to rest in love, nourish your being, and return to the kindness of your own good heart.
