
Aligning The 7 Chakras

When you direct your loving energy towards your chakras, you unblock them. You enable them to function properly so they can assist you in every area of life. You can practise this chakra alignment meditation to boost the well-being of your chakras. Your hands will open the chakras and guide the healing powers you already have to these specific energy centres. Balanced and opened chakras allow us to lead happy, balanced, and open lives.

The Positive Change Coach here.
We have looked at the seven physical chakras individually,
And you can practice any of these meditations when you feel any negative feelings or even physical symptoms,
Such as anxiety,
Worry,
Jealousy,
Or physical pain.
Block chakras can cause physical and emotional problems in the same areas.
Fear of any kind will be helped by the root chakra meditation,
For example.
But you can also practice this chakra alignment meditation when you're feeling good,
When you're feeling fine,
To boost the well-being of your chakras.
So you don't have to wait until you're not feeling good to do any of these meditations.
Balanced and opened chakras allow us to lead a happy,
Balanced,
And open life.
So we're going to now do the meditation for aligning all the seven physical chakras,
And we'll be focusing on each of these energy centers.
So before we begin,
Please make sure you are in a space where you feel at ease.
Remove as many distractions as you can.
And for this particular meditation,
You will need to sit down with your legs crossed and your spine straightened,
Or in a comfortable chair with your feet placed firmly on the floor.
Just make sure you're not straining or uncomfortable in any way.
And when you feel ready to move on,
You can slowly start to close down the eyes.
Take some easy,
Deep breaths.
Allow the air to flow in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel your chest and belly expand as you breathe in,
And feel them gradually deflate as you slowly breathe out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Focus on the way the air travels slowly throughout your whole body and energizes it.
Feel the solid support of the ground beneath you as you sit and focus on your breath.
Allow the weight to drop from your shoulders and slowly drift away into the deep state of meditation.
If your mind wanders,
And it might,
Just bring your focus back to the breath.
Trust the process and release everything that no longer serves you.
Breathing in and breathing out,
And relax.
During this meditation,
We will focus on each of the seven physical chakras,
And we will use our hands to concentrate the energy on the specific energy centers.
As you follow me,
And move from your tailbone all the way up to your head,
I want you to place the palms of your hands on that specific energy center,
Or as near as you can reach.
Focus and direct all your mental energy into that one single area,
Into that chakra.
We will start at the bottom,
At your tailbone,
With the first chakra,
The root chakra.
This is your solid foundation.
Imagine the color red,
A deep,
Earthy red.
The root chakra grounds you and allows you to withstand all of life's challenges.
It is your support.
Place your hands on the lowest part of your back.
Feel the warmth and the loving touch of your hands.
As you move your hands gently over this area,
Breathe into this energy center and breathe out.
Repeat after me,
Either silently or audibly,
I am safe and always protected.
Now we can slowly move our attention to the second chakra,
The sacral chakra.
Visualize if you can,
The color orange,
A beautiful setting sun.
The sacral chakra welcomes in abundance,
Well-being,
And pleasure.
It is the driving force behind your emotions and your relationships,
As well as your sensations and feelings of joy.
This chakra is located in the area just under your navel.
Again,
I want you to place your hands on top of this area and try to direct loving energy through your hands and fingers.
Gently move your hands all over this area.
Breathe love into the sacral chakra and breathe out.
Repeat after me,
Either silently or out loud.
It is safe for me to feel pleasure in my body and in all my relationships.
When you feel ready,
Move on to the next chakra,
Our third chakra,
The solar plexus.
Imagine the color yellow,
A vibrant yellow sunflower.
The solar plexus chakra is the home of your self-confidence and self-esteem.
It empowers you in amazing ways and lets you live your life with confidence.
This chakra is in your upper abdomen.
Place your hands on the area above your navel and direct all your loving thoughts into this energy center.
Empower it with a soft touch of your hands and slowly move the energy into this area.
Breathe into the solar plexus chakra and breathe out.
Repeat after me,
I am confident in who I am and what I do.
I am always enough.
Next comes the fourth chakra,
The heart chakra.
Now visualize or imagine the color green,
Lush green grass.
This chakra is the connecting point between your lower three and the higher three chakras.
The heart chakra deals with all forms of love,
Love directed towards others and love directed towards ourselves.
The location of this chakra is in the center of your chest at the middle of the breastbone.
As before,
Slowly let your hands and fingers glide over this area.
Focus and feel your heartbeat as you feel the warmth transfer from your hands to your chest.
Sit with the love you have for yourself and for others on this planet.
Breathe love into the heart chakra and breathe out love.
Repeat after me.
I am loved.
I am loving.
I am lovable.
We now have the fifth chakra,
The throat chakra.
Imagine the color of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea.
The throat chakra allows you to communicate whatever your heart is feeling.
This is your true voice,
Your ability to let the world know how you feel.
It's here to help you express yourself in clear and honest ways.
It is located at the center of your throat.
Slowly move one or both hands from your heart and gently place them on your throat.
Send love and healing light into this energy center.
Breathe into the throat chakra.
Breathe out.
Repeat after me.
I can speak my truth.
I allow myself to use my voice with love.
The next,
The sixth chakra is the third eye chakra.
Visualize if you can or imagine you can see a deep luxurious purple or indigo color,
A dark night sky.
This is the chakra of your intuition.
Here is where you can find the true depths of your soul.
This chakra guides your imagination,
Your wisdom and your intuition.
It is located in between your physical eyes.
Slowly massage this delicate area with your fingers.
Bless that center with the intention of connecting with your own inner wisdom.
Breathe love into the third eye chakra and breathe out love.
Repeat after me.
I connect with my intuition and my own inner wisdom and they guide me through life.
And now the crown chakra.
This is the highest physical chakra.
It is the chakra of spirituality and higher consciousness.
This is where you can connect with something that is larger than life and yet the essence of life itself.
Visualize or imagine the colors violet or white.
Maybe a white lotus flower or you may prefer to visualize the color gold.
Whatever resonates with you.
This chakra is on the very top of your head.
I would like you to place your hands on this chakra on the top of your head if you can and slowly massage the area.
The emotion I want you to bless this center with is gratitude,
Appreciation or thankfulness because gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership.
This will allow energy that carries new information from the universe to enter your nervous system.
Breathe into the crown chakra with gratitude and breathe out.
Repeat after me.
I am a conduit for all the love and light the universe wants to shower down to me and through me.
And now place your hands back on your heart center and breathe in love.
Breathe out.
When you direct your energy towards your chakras you unblock them.
You enable them to function properly so they can assist you in every area of life.
Your loving energy can unblock them.
Your hands open your chakras and let you guide the healing powers you already have to these specific points.
And now slowly bring your hands together,
Pressing the palms of your hands together in front of your chest.
Feel the energy rise from the ground and flow through your whole entire body.
Every cell of your body is charged with the energy of self love and self acceptance.
This meditation has cleansed your chakras and I want you to thank yourself for taking this time out of your day just for you.
Now place your hands on top of your thighs.
Slowly bring awareness back to a new body,
To a new place in time and to a whole new life.
When you're ready,
You can open your beautiful eyes.
You can now slowly return from this quiet time and space and head back into your daily life and your usual routine.
