Hi my name is Lisa and this is your 10 minute morning intention setting meditation.
Years ago I created a 5 minute morning intention setting meditation for when you may feel like you have no time.
There was someone who actually asked if I can make it 10 minutes because 10 minutes may be the perfect amount to set an intention first thing in the morning.
So I invite you to go ahead,
You can do this meditation maybe when you've just woken up,
Or maybe you're drinking your morning tea or coffee,
But I invite you to come into your comfortable seated position,
Whether you are lying down or you are gently sitting up.
Take a nice big deep inhale into your body and exhale sigh out let go.
Let's do that for a count of 4.
Inhale for 1 2 3 4 hold exhale sigh out 3 4 5 6.
Taking a nice big deep inhale for 1 2 3 4 hold exhale 1 2 3 4 5 6.
Last time with me.
Take a nice big deep inhale for 1 2 3 4 hold exhale 1 2 3 4 5 6.
Just take a moment to be grateful for creating the space and time to meditate this morning.
Take a moment to physically tune on into how you are physically feeling,
Emotionally feeling,
Energetically feeling.
I want you to go ahead and visualize your day ahead but with the best scenario possible.
Only the best things.
And regardless of what may come your way,
Know you have the power to turn all obstacles into opportunities to blossom,
To bloom,
And to weave a life that you deserve.
And from this space of acknowledging what you are looking forward to in your day,
What you may need to be strong for,
I invite you to set an intention for this day.
Begin to visualize yourself living this intention throughout your day.
If it's possible,
Even see yourself within your mind's eye,
Living from this intention.
Take a moment to honor this intention for it is in alignment with your truth and who you are at your highest vibrational living.
Visualize the energy of your intention melting away.
Any physical tension in the chest,
Shoulders,
The jaw,
Allow it to melt down to the fingertips.
Let this energy cleanse you down to the belly button and really allow yourself to release into the energy of your intention,
Knowing that if you can think it,
If you can feel it in your bones and every cell of your being,
Then you can allow the rest of the world to be let go and know that at this moment,
This is what truly matters,
How you live your life intentionally.
And now my friend,
It is time to go live your intention.
Take a nice big deep inhale and exhale,
Let go.
Begin to really connect to your physical body,
Maybe even wiggling fingers and toes,
Stretching and moving in any way that comes to you.
And if the eyes are closed,
Gently float them on open.
