A meditation for manifesting a positive day.
And by positive day it doesn't mean that all good things happen,
But if anything it means that you've stayed positive in the face of obstacles,
Challenges,
And surprises that have come up for you,
Universal curveballs,
Because that is when it's most important to hold on to our visions and allow the creativity of the universe and things to manifest as they need to and not necessarily as we want to.
So go ahead and tune on into a nice comfortable seated position.
Ground down through the sit bones,
Rise to the ground ahead,
And take a moment to be present with your to-do list and all the things you have to do today.
Go ahead and just take an observation.
Sit with the reality and accept that you have many plans for the day,
Many goals,
Things on your to-do list and must-do list.
And just simply be aware,
No judgment,
No storyline attached to everything you need to do.
Simply observe.
And then go ahead and take a nice big deep breath into the body and sigh out.
Breathing in and sighing out.
Last big deep breath.
Let go of the to-do list.
Let go of the observation and begin to tune on into the present moment.
Begin to tune on into how you feel,
The quality of your breath,
Knowing that this is the beginning of your journey for today.
This is exactly where you need to be.
And begin to repeat this affirmation.
I have the power to choose and create my happiness.

I have everything I need to face all and any obstacles of the day.

Begin to breathe on into those positive affirmations knowing they are true and sighing out.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
You have everything that you need to face any obstacles.
Begin to manifest and visualize yourself going throughout the best scenario of your day.
You at your happiest today with all the things you must do,
With all the things that are part of your day today.
Go ahead and begin to visualize yourself at your happiest.
Notice how you feel.
Notice how you approach things.
How you interact with those around you.
Notice what brings you joy.
Simply breathe on into that feeling of joy and positivity and love and sigh out.
Breathe on in and let all and any negative feelings float away and sigh out.
Knowing that this positive vibration that you emanate in your vision is within you.
Remember to keep that in your mind's eye.
Keep it with you for the rest of the day knowing that is your positive vibration.
When it is hard to be kind in the face of unkindness,
Be kind anyway.
When it's very easy to get angry and frustrated,
Be calm and patient.
When it's very easy to choose fear and tense situations and moments,
Choose love.
Let go of needing to control.
Let go of needing everything to go your way,
Knowing that this vibration that you have visualized for yourself,
This happiness,
This is the truth.
Let everything else weave around that vibration knowing that that vibration is your true power for today.
Allow yourself to have the opportunities to emanate that vibration to everyone around you,
Everyone you encounter.
Let everything else go.
You are perfect.
You are enough.
You are worthy of your dreams,
Goals,
And desires.
And with this,
Begin to deepen your breath.
Begin to maybe float the eyes open if you've had them closed.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take a nice big deep breath in.
Sigh it out.
May you have an amazing day of your own creation.
May you allow yourself to be open to all and every positive thing of the universe.
May you begin to let go of anything that no longer serves you.
