This is a fifteen-minute​ practice designed for those who are looking to clear the mind, calm the body and use visualization skills to recenter and manifest not only a good nights sleep​ but a good tomorrow, week, year & life. In this practice, you will use body relaxation techniques, visualization meditation techniques, and listen to calming affirmations designed to allow you to feel safe, warm and cozy no matter what interruptions or thoughts may try to disrupt your slumber.

A meditation for manifesting a good night's rest.

This meditation is specifically designed for those who are looking to clear the mind,

Calm the body,

And tune into visualizing a positive day for themselves tomorrow.

Visualizing their life goals,

Their dreams,

Creating a healthy and happy space for themselves to drift into a nice and deep slumber.

So let's go ahead and tune on in.

Find a comfortable seated position if this is just part of your routine,

Or go ahead and lie in bed,

Lie on the couch,

Wherever it is you would like to get cozy and comfy.

And really allow yourself to fall into your favorite sleeping position.

Whatever it is that you need,

Go ahead and allow yourself to use it as a tool so you can dive deeper into this relaxation,

Relaxing the mind,

The body,

Clearing a pathway to positive dreams,

Thoughts,

And visualization.

And take a nice big deep breath into the body and sigh it out.

Another big deep breath in.

Exhale.

Last big deep breath and exhale,

Letting go of the day.

Disconnect from whatever it is that you have to do tomorrow,

Whatever may be floating around in the mind,

Disconnect from it,

Knowing that tomorrow does not exist.

You're here now,

Present,

Cozy,

Listening to this meditation.

So let everything else go.

And just continue to breathe,

Following your inhale,

Observing the climb,

Feeling the body expand,

And then gently exhaling and feeling everything soften into the cushioning,

The soft space around you.

Enjoy and find pleasure in letting go and relaxing,

Knowing your day is done.

And you can rest now.

Taking a moment of gratitude for all that you have done,

For all that you do,

And that it is now time to come and settle in and rest.

Nothing else matters.

Only this moment now.

Continue to breathe and begin to gently send breath to the tops of the feet,

The bottom of the feet,

The ankles.

And to feel with every exhale the muscles within the feet become heavier and heavier.

The tension lighten from the toes,

The ankles,

The feet.

Let that energy travel to the shins,

The calf muscles,

The knees,

Behind the knees.

Feel everything soften on every exhale,

Feeling safe and warm.

Every exhale,

With every bit of letting go,

You are safe and surrounded with positive light and warmth.

You are exactly where you need to be.

And let go,

Releasing muscles in the tops of the legs,

The glute muscles,

The low back,

Pelvis.

Allow the belly to rise and fall with every breath that you take.

Allow the chest to expand on the inhale and soften on an exhale,

Melting shoulder blades,

Allowing the arms to become heavy,

The ankles,

The wrists,

The fingertips,

The muscles in the upper back,

The neck,

The jaw,

Cheekbones.

The scalp and even the roots of your hair seem to melt away all and every bit of tension.

You release the space between the brows and your body sinks into a state of bliss,

Feeling warm,

Protected,

Comforted.

You are exactly where you need to be right here,

Right now,

Letting go.

In this state of deep relaxation,

This state of creating a world,

This aura,

This energy around you of warmth,

Safety,

Protection,

Positivity,

And lightness,

Begin to visualize in this energy of lightness,

You at your happiest tomorrow,

You getting everything that you deserve and need for positive day.

Notice yourself feeling light and airy and still continuing to feel protected and safe,

Warm and relaxed.

Inhale and exhale and really clear the mind of anything else,

Any doubts,

Worries,

Fears,

Anxieties,

Let that go knowing and trusting this vision of you in this space of lightness,

This airiness,

Knowing you are exactly where you need to be,

You at your happiest,

You receiving all good energy and giving all positive energy in this space.

Begin to visualize maybe yourself years from now,

A week from now,

A month from now.

Allow yourself to really visualize a goal,

A dream that brings you this same joy,

This same positivity,

This lightness,

This airy feeling,

Knowing this is your truth,

This is what you are experiencing in the present moment.

This is all that matters,

This warmth around you,

This aura of safety and protection.

This positive vision is your truth.

Let everything else go as you are soothed by this vision,

As you are lost in this vision.

Where are you?

What are you doing?

How do you feel?

Let go of everything else,

Clear the mind,

Relax and deepen and soften the body into this vision,

Into this sensation of letting go.

Let the vision in,

Let the positivity manifest and trust this is your truth,

This is your present moment,

Nothing else matters.

Detach and tune in to the vision you have for yourself tomorrow,

For the rest of the week maybe,

For the rest of your life.

Listening to these affirmations as you begin to relax,

Maybe begin to let go of actively thinking of this vision,

Actively visualizing and just trust that that energy is there.

Listening to these affirmations,

You are safe.

You are protected.

You are exactly where you need to be and you are surrounded by love,

Light and a positive energy of comfort and warmth.

You can allow yourself to let go into this energy.

You know that nothing else matters except this moment right here and now.

You can trust this happiness that grows from your heart,

From your soul.

Let everything else go and trust that you will sleep peacefully tonight,

Wrapped in this energy.

Knowing that no matter what happens,

You can always return back to this energy of peace and quiet,

Of warmth and comfort.

Trusting that the vision you have for yourself tomorrow and for your life already exists and all you have to do is close your eyes and be present with it.

Let go.

Return back to the physical state and just be here,

Now and set the intention for yourself to finally let go and drift to sleep.

You are safe.

You can trust this vision and let go of it,

Trusting that it will be there within your dreams and within your waking life.

Let everything else go and have a beautiful night's rest.

This is my go to sleep meditation! I use it before bed or when I wake up and need help getting back to sleep. This is one of the only sleep meditations that I can listen to consistently. Her voice is warm and soothing. It’s soft without her whispering. And I appreciate that she doesn’t drawwwww outtttt her words which often happens in sleep meditations which sometimes makes me more anxious. The background music is relaxing and it’s blended well. The content is relaxing and inviting. She is wonderful! Thank you!
