My name is Lisa and welcome to your 5 minute confidence boost meditation.
You can do this in bed or out of bed depending on how you wish to honor your personal mood authentically.
So go ahead and take a nice big deep inhale and exhale with sound.
Use that beautiful voice of yours even if you may feel silly.
Inhale.
Exhale make sound.
Inhale.
Exhale make sound.
Last time.
Inhale.
Exhale make sound.
Beautiful.
Remember that your voice is who you are authentically.
It is your greatest asset so never be ashamed to make sound and honor your inner voice and outer voice.
Remember that you don't have to prove anything to anyone today.
That you are love.
You are beautiful.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
Take a moment to acknowledge at least one thing you are truly grateful for.
Now take a moment to acknowledge at least one thing you have accomplished that you are proud of even if it's simply making time for this meditation.
Now repeat these affirmations after me.
I have the power to create the life I deserve.
I have everything I need to handle all obstacles that come my way.
I am perfect just as I am.
I rise above all things that do not bring me happiness.
I focus on the positive things I create.
I release others opinions of me and choose radical authenticity.
I have resilience and power within my DNA.
I choose to focus on running my own race.
I let go of control and honor my unique journey.
All good things are coming my way.
I am worthy and I am enough.
My friend you are worthy,
You are enough and I invite you to set an intention for yourself that allows you to step into your power this morning.
Set an intention to lead the way,
To inspire and teach others just by being you.
