This is a meditation that comes from a deep place of thought and love.

Please take a moment to recognize that this is a message straight from the universe to you.
If you're feeling overwhelmed,
Hopeless,
Lost,
Confused,
Wrapped up in fear,
In questions of what if,
Or what do I do next,
This meditation was designed to reground you and focus you back to what matters most,
Towards your happiness,
Towards the core of who you are,
And get you motivated to simply do the next best thing.
Our visions of our happiness,
Dreams,
And goals are our North Star,
And every step we take in between will bring us further away from fear and a sense of paralyzation and closer to what makes us truly happy.
So find a comfortable seated position,
Or lie down on the floor,
Get comfortable,
And tune on in.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body,
And exhale.
Take a nice big deep breath in,
And exhale.
Last big deep inhale,
And exhale.
And just take a moment to simply acknowledge how you feel,
Without judgement,
Criticism.
Simply acknowledge and breathe.
How do you feel?
Where do you feel it?
Take a big deep breath in,
And sigh it out.
And take a moment to just find some compassion for yourself,
Because it's okay to feel this way,
It's okay to feel,
To feel means we're still alive,
We're still here,
And it's okay.
Breathing in,
And sighing out.
And to visualize,
Remember,
Think about your favorite safe place,
And the place can exist.
Maybe it doesn't.
Just allow it to come on up,
And visualize,
And see it,
Or remember it.
I want you to really breathe as you visualize.
And in this place,
As you are here,
Recognizing you are safe,
And you are okay,
I want you to see someone or something that you truly love appear,
Let them come into your mind,
As if you're simply thinking about them.
Let their love radiate,
Washing over you,
Washing over the spaces of overwhelm,
Washing over the spaces of heaviness or tightness.
Breathe in the love,
And release.
Let this guide's love wash over you.
And take a moment to ask your guide,
What do I need to hear right now?
And allow the guide to speak.
And even if you hear the guide say nothing,
Stay grounded and realigned within this love.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Take a moment to allow the feelings and the vibrations from these words to melt into you.
Recognizing that this is the inner wisdom that's always been within you,
That's always guiding you.
Underneath all the other emotions,
Here is your wisdom.
Here you are.
Take a moment to recognize what is the simplest and next best thing you can do for yourself,
For your loved ones.
What is that one thing you can do now,
Without looking too far ahead into the future because it doesn't exist yet?
What is the simplest thing you can do today?
And recognize that that is more than enough,
You don't have to do anything more but simply put one foot in front of the other.
You are enough,
That is enough,
And with every step you take it will bring you closer to your happiness and further away from all that doesn't serve you.
Let the steps you take today become a ripple effect,
Let them propel you to serve more,
To do more good,
To receive more love,
And always remember that wisdom,
That love,
That power is within you.
You have everything you need,
You are enough.
Take a nice big deep breath in and exhale.
Set an intention to simply do the next best thing,
Knowing that that is more than enough.
And then sigh out,
Let everything else go.
