This is a five minute morning and intention setting meditation meant to ground you,
Center you and release any fears and anxieties of the rest of your day.
So go ahead and find a comfortable seated position and let's tune on in.
Tune on into the body.
Tune on into your breath.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And exhale.
Take a nice big deep inhale.
Sighing it out,
Exhale,
Letting go.
Last big deep inhale.
And exhale,
Release,
Let go.
And notice the quality of your breath.
Scan your body from head to toe and notice how you're feeling this morning without criticism,
Without judgment,
Just honoring where you are at presently.
Take a moment to find gratitude for the breath in your body,
For just being here.
Breathing in.
Exhaling out.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
And hold for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale,
Release,
Let go.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the chest.
Inhale,
Holding for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale,
Release,
Let go.
Taking a nice big deep inhale into the belly.
Breathing in,
Holding for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale,
Letting it go,
Sighing it out.
And while you are here,
Breathing at your own pace,
Begin to set an intention for your day.
What is it that you would like to focus on?
What energy would you like to invoke for the most positive day,
Knowing you are worthy of a day filled with positivity,
Light,
And success?
So whatever that intention is,
Go ahead and set it.
And with that intention in mind,
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
Exhale,
Release,
Let go,
Honoring your intention,
Visualizing yourself living through that intention today.
Knowing you are worthy of positivity,
You are enough,
And you are exactly where you are meant to be.
