So what do we do after yoga?
After yoga we always rest.
So lie yourself down and if you like cover yourself with a blanket.
Don't you love playing inside the body?
Now we are going to do that while we lie still.
How can we play and lie still?
Let's see.
Lie down,
Close your eyes and put your hand on your tummy again.
Can you feel your breath?
Now send your breath and a warm feeling to your toes and feet and let your feet get soft and floppy.
Give them a little shake and then relax.
Next send your breath and warm feeling to your legs.
Feeling your legs becoming heavy and resting on the floor.
Relax.
Relax.
Then send the warm feeling to your back.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Feel the warm feeling go into your tummy now and then into your chest.
What a wonderful feeling.
Put your hand on your chest now.
Can you feel your heartbeat?
Send that warm feeling into your chest and then from your chest into your arms and hands.
Can you feel your fingers tingling?
Send the warm feeling with your breath into your shoulders,
Neck and face.
As you breathe feel yourself relax more and more.
Imagine you are on a swing.
As you breathe in and out you feel yourself swinging backwards and forwards,
Backwards and forwards in the sunlight.
Stay here for a while as long as you can enjoying the swing inside of you.
Inside of you is a playground with many things to feel and notice.
