Lina started this journey about 15 years ago, back in Colombia when she was still working in a corporate lifestyle for multinational companies. She decided to change her life to do something with more impact and purpose and help others in this journey that healed her and helped her to be a more conscious, happy and fulfilled person. She has been practicing meditation, yoga, forest therapy and other spiritual teachings that had enable her to step out of the autopilot mode, overcome traumas from childhood, old patterns and beliefs. Anxiety, low self-esteem and depression were part of her life, but these amazing tools helped her to unlock the inner peace, love-consciousness and the happiness that is within each of us. She has been studied yoga and meditation in South America, North America, India, and now she is living in Australia. She is certified with more than 1000 RYS in yoga and meditation.
