Wonderful meditation, peaceful, grounding, and insightful. Very inspiring and helpful as I needed this today. A little soft music throughout the whole track would be helpful (not just in certain moments but from beginning to end). Thank you.

That was beautiful off in the background. I was hearing a train and slowly came into my ears and slowly left off into the distance, and it took away the things that I was letting go. I was so present in that meditation I could feel the cool morning breeze, I could hear all the birds and I could smell the morning coming totally present

Wonderful. I especially appreciated the extended quiet segments to meditate and breathe. I will revisit this.

I don’t know if it was the music in the background if there’s something about that or just exactly what you said, and when you said it, but this really got my spirits lifted this morning and had me full of gratitude with every step, even though I try to do that every time I’m walking . And that’s what I do all day. I’m a Dog Walker… This really got me centered where I needed to be with my mindset. Thank you so much.
