You can do this practice seated or lying,
As a visualization,
Or standing as a dynamic exercise.
If you are standing,
Please make sure that you have a space in front of you to step through.
So take a deep breath and come into this moment,
Calling all your energy back,
Present in your body at this time.
And I'm going to invite you now to visualize your creative goal,
As if from the outside.
If you're not someone who visualizes easy,
Don't worry.
We use this visual language,
But we can actually create a representation of something using any of the senses.
So picture that scene in front of you.
Notice any sounds,
Any aromas that come from the scene.
You might notice colors,
Any movement,
Clarity.
Imagining your creative goal in as much detail as you can.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to step into the picture.
So step into that scene of your creative goal and experience that scene with all your senses.
So noticing what you see around you,
Noticing what you hear,
And also noticing what you feel and think.
Noticing what the people around you are doing and saying when you have this creative goal.
And noticing how you are in yourself,
Having achieved your creative goal.
So noticing your physiology,
Your posture,
Your breathing,
Your expression.
Noticing the thoughts that cross your mind.
The words that come from your lips.
The desires that you hold in your heart.
The beliefs that you carry.
Noticing the capabilities you have which are associated with having achieved your creative goal.
Noticing the kinds of actions and behaviors that belong to you now.
Noticing who you are and how you interact with this scene of your creative goal achieved.
And now choosing one element of this achieved goal to bring back with you.
So it might be a thought,
A belief,
A feeling,
It might be the physiology,
The image of the scene or a sound.
It might be a piece of knowledge or an insight or some other gift.
Keep this element with you now,
Placing it within yourself.
And allowing the scene to fade away.
Knowing it's always there and achievable.
Coming back to your presence in the here and now.
And bringing that element of the scene with you.
I look forward to practicing with you again soon.
In the meantime,
I wish you well on your journey and a wonderful rest of your day.
