This extended sleep meditation guides you through various relaxation techniques to gently ease you into deep sleep. After relaxing your body and mind, you move through yoga nidra inspired body scans which are repeated and cycled with sections of relaxing music. You are then guided through a visualisation of floating on a cloud through the night sky, moving through the letters of the alphabet. When you reach the letter Z, you begin to catch silver Z's, counting each one. The counting goes up to 500 and you are then left to continue counting by yourself if you are still awake.
