Hello,
This is Julie Scan and this is a Heart Talk Heart Chakra Opening Meditation.
Your heart chakra,
Your anahata,
Is located in the center of your chest.
The element associated with it is air and the color is a beautiful vibrant green.
When your heart chakra is blocked or unbalanced,
You feel lonely.
Feelings of depression arise.
Sometimes we lack self motivation and it's hard to feel and hear what your heart has to say to you.
But when it is balanced,
When it is flowing,
You become the source of giving and receiving unconditional love.
It's from this place that you feel alive and thriving and truly guided by what your heart has to say and feel.
So in this meditation you're going to be beaming healing light into your heart chakra which will open you up for some beautiful heart talk.
So let's get comfortable.
Seated or lying down is just fine,
Whatever you like the best.
Begin to breathe some light air into your lungs,
Filling your heart space.
Allow this air to be healing,
To be kind and gentle and warm.
With each breath envision this air clearing your heart space,
Removing any blockages,
Any pain,
Any hurt and replacing it with loving light.
Stay in this space of inhaling and exhaling calm,
Refreshing,
Healing air.
And let's begin to visualize yourself in the most vibrant green forest you have ever been in.
Look around and notice the leaves on the trees,
The flowers,
The vines.
Notice every different shade of green and beauty.
Allow yourself to feel alive as you continue to explore this beautiful forest in your mind.
Begin to breathe in the light that surrounds you.
Breathe in the greens.
Feel the fresh air,
Fill your heart.
Feel yourself healing,
Lighter,
Opening up.
Sometimes this work opens up our emotions and if you're experiencing that right now,
Please allow them to flow.
This is the beautiful work.
Continue to inhale and exhale the light,
Filling your heart space.
And I'm going to ask you a few questions.
The first,
What is your heart saying to you?
Give yourself some time to listen to your heart,
To tap in,
To tune in.
Allow the answers to flow.
The next question.
What are the kind and loving words you say to your heart?
And finally,
What are the kind and loving words you say to others from your heart?
Take a few deep breaths.
Your heart is your center of unconditional love.
When you allow it to be open and energized and flowing,
You are not only allowing yourself to receive and feel unconditional love,
But you are able to give it to everyone else that you care about,
Even people that you don't maybe even know yet.
Sharing your heart with someone is the most incredible gift you can give.
So please allow this beautiful healing energy that you gave yourself today and filled yourself up with to continue to flow.
Continue to breathe into your heart space.
Continue to listen to your heart talk.
Your heart is your guide.
It is here to support you.
It is here to love you.
