Milou is a holistic health coach, yoga teacher, retreat host and personal trainer with a holistic approach to health and well-being. Drawing from her extensive experiences she integrates mindfulness, yoga and fitness to create a balanced, inclusive practice that nurtures both body and mind. Known for her unique ability to hold space, Milou makes every individual feel welcome and at home, ensuring that each session is a safe, supportive environment. Her students know her to bring warmth and energy that lights up the room, offering something for everyone. Living the nomad life between South Africa, Portugal and all the in-betweens, Milou helps people embrace a more mindful, connected and balanced way of living through mindfulness and movement. Just lovely. I enjoyed visualizing the emotion and letting it go down stream. An image and sensation popped up for the emotion quickly and effortlessly, which doesn't happen often. I'm grateful for this practice!
