Transcript

Good morning you beautiful soul and welcome to a new day filled with wonder and possibility.

This day is another chance to begin again,

To move with intention and to meet the world with open eyes and an open heart.

Now let's take a moment to arrive.

This is your space to begin fresh before the day takes shape.

So find a comfortable seat,

Either on the floor or in a chair.

Sit tall but relaxed or maybe you even want to stand.

Now close your eyes and take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

This is your time,

A space to fuel your mind and heart for the day ahead.

So begin to focus on your breath,

Inhaling deeply through the nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Feel the air fill your lungs,

Energizing your body and feel the release as you breathe out,

Letting go of any tension held.

With each breath you bring in clarity and energy and with each exhale release resistance,

Doubt or heaviness as you let go of anything that no longer serves you.

Repeat this a few times,

Each inhale fueling you and each exhale clearing the fog.

Now roll your shoulders or shake out your hands or even stretch and physically remind yourself,

I am waking up and I am stepping into motion.

Now gently shift your breath into a steady and natural rhythm.

With each inhale invite in calm focus and with each exhale ground yourself in the present.

Picture yourself moving through your day with confidence and ease and imagine waking up to a day filled with opportunity.

See yourself handling challenges with grace,

Speaking with kindness and moving with purpose.

Now set an intention for the day,

It could be a word like focus or strength or joy or a simple phrase.

Repeat it softly in your mind allowing it to settle within you.

And now repeat to yourself,

I don't wait for motivation,

I create it.

And repeat energy comes from action and I move with confidence and I am ready for what comes my way and I welcome today with an open heart.

Now shift your focus to everything you already have,

Your strengths,

Your resilience,

Your growth and take a moment to feel gratitude.

What is one thing you are very grateful for right now?

Maybe it's your body carrying you forward or your mind full of potential.

Maybe it's this fresh start,

A new chance to create.

Feel this gratitude expand filling your entire body and let it bring a gentle smile to your face.

And now with that smile say to yourself,

I am strong and I am capable.

And say,

I move forward because I can.

Then say,

I am exactly where I need to be.

And say,

I am built for momentum.

Then think about why today matters.

What's one thing that excites you even if a little?

Now bring your awareness back to your breath.

Inhale deeply and feel energy surging through you and then exhale fully and feel your body,

Your presence.

Even if motivation isn't there yet,

Momentum comes from starting.

So see yourself taking the first step,

Whether it's getting out of your chair,

Making that first move or shifting your mindset.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Stand up,

Start to move.

Maybe it's just your fingers or your toes,

Your joints slowly waking up.

Maybe you're rolling your neck,

Rolling back your shoulders.

Maybe you're stretching your arms overhead.

Maybe there's a yawn coming out of your mouth.

Maybe you're starting to move into something that almost looks like a little dance.

And while you're in those little motions,

Remember that this day isn't waiting.

So step into it with energy and motivation will follow.

You are awake,

You are alive and you are so ready.

So step into this day with confidence because today will be a great day.
