Kristen Simonds is a Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher in upstate New York. She has had a formal meditation practice for over 16 years, leading her to explore other modalities and techniques such as yoga, Eastern Religious Studies, Chakras, and Reiki. She began her Reiki journey in 2014 and completed Reiki Master Teacher training in 2017. Kristen is also an artist working in a variety of media. Her creative talents are a natural complement to her skills as a guided meditation instructor. She recently began incorporating her original artwork as images for guided meditations as part of her artistic practice.
