Thank you for joining me,

I hope this meditation helps you navigate the waves of perimenopause with grace and self-compassion.

Please find a peaceful spot where you will be undisturbed and settle into a comfortable position.

Remove your glasses and untie your hair to ensure there is no tension or pressure.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

Now see if you can make yourself just 10% more comfortable.

Now that you have found your restful posture,

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly,

Creating a connection with your body's wisdom.

Now take three deep grounding breaths.

With each inhale,

Feel yourself drawing in cool,

Calming energy.

With each exhale,

Release any tension or frustration you've been holding about these changes.

Now imagine yourself standing by a peaceful lake at dawn.

The water represents your hormones,

Sometimes rippling,

Sometimes still,

But always in natural flow.

Just as the lake accepts stillness and motion,

You are learning to flow with your body's changes,

Embracing the ebbs and flows of your emotional and physical landscape.

Each wave becomes a reminder of resilience,

Teaching you to accept and celebrate the cyclical nature of your journey,

Now visualize a soft rose-colored light surrounding your endocrine system.
