Soothing blue light entering through your crown chakra at the top of your head.
With each breath,
This healing light slowly fills your headspace like gentle waves washing away discomfort.
Sense it flowing through your temples,
Behind your eyes,
And down into your neck.
As you breathe in,
Envision this healing light becoming brighter and more vibrant.
As you exhale,
Picture any pain or tension transforming into a dark mist that simply dissolves and floats away.
There is no force needed,
Just gentle release.
Rest here,
Breathing in healing light,
Breathing out tension and pain as darkness.
Now imagine roots growing from the base of your spine deep into the earth.
These roots help ground and stabilize your energy,
Drying up the earth's natural healing energy.
Sense this earth energy meeting the blue light,
Creating a balanced,
Harmonious flow through your head and neck.
Continue the visualization of a gentle blue,
Soothing light flowing from your crown chakra.
Harmoniously intertwining with the stabilizing energy of transformation.
