An interesting topic and some good points. I was expecting a longer course. I also found the voice not to be a good fit for me - she sounded somewhat robotic….made me wonder if this was AI produced. Still …. Good to be conscious of these principles and practice as one ages.

I don't think you can slow the process of aging by anything. We all age and the main issue is to learn how to accept the change and embrace the physical and mental changes and impermanence. I was hoping more about a course like that. Thank you!
