Spending time with light is always a good idea. I would have preferred if the background music hadn’t been quite so loud so that I could better hear the teacher. I appreciated that the teacher repeated the affirmation. I definitely feel more calm and heart centred. I’m a radiant being of light. Thank you for offering this.
