Hello and welcome to this meditation to help you dissolve frustration.
A lot of times when we experience frustration in life,
It's because we have a lot of buildup of energy.
Sometimes it's a worry of certain problems in our life.
And so we have a lot of built up energy,
We have sufficient energy,
But we don't quite know how to have an outlet for it,
Or we don't know what energy to tap into to be able to overcome these perceived blocks and limitations.
And so in this meditation,
What I have found to work best is when we address the sensation of frustration.
So we need to address the issue.
So we do this,
We bring our awareness to the sensation of our frustrations,
We raise the energy,
We elevate and we meet it,
And then we dissolve it and clear it by turning it into a zero point.
And with that zero point,
We can then project towards a destination.
We can use creativity to project forward.
And that's how we move through blocks and barriers,
Is when we look at the problem at hand,
We neutralize it and then we project forward with creativity.
We use our hearts to project forward.
And we use our minds to focus that projection.
And so this meditation is one of my favorite things to do when I start to feel any form of block or frustration in my life.
So we're gonna get started right away.
So when you're ready,
Just find a comfortable meditation position,
Whether that's seated or lying down.
I really do feel that a seat is gonna be good for this one because we are going to use some pranayama,
Some breathing to regulate the nervous system and to really tap into that zero point of our body.
We use our life force energy to dissolve all of these feelings.
And so when you're ready,
We'll connect our thumb and our pointer finger in this meditation to create Gyan Mudra.
And then once we have this,
We'll face the palms upward towards the sky.
And then let's just take a couple deep breaths in.
So breathe in through the nose.
And exhale completely.
You can allow the eyes to close if they haven't already.
And let's tap into the body a little bit more deeply.
Now let's inhale through the nose.
And exhale.
Dropping into the body more deeply,
Inhale.
And exhale.
From here,
We're gonna move into a breath that we'll breathe in through the mouth with an O-shaped mouth.
So we'll breathe in.
And we'll breathe out through the mouth.
Close the mouth and exhale through the nose.
Inhale through rounded lips.
Exhale through the nose.
And continue this breath pattern.
We'll do this for just a few minutes.
And we'll bring that energy and awareness to the navel point.
So we're gonna build the energy of the navel point with this breath.
And as we exhale,
We'll pull the navel point in,
Squeezing that energy at the bottom.
And then we'll open that breath back up.
Continue moving through this breath.
And as you exhale,
You let it go.
Inhale through rounded lips.
Exhale through the nose.
Allowing our breath to balance our energy.
Calming our nervous system.
When we consciously breathe,
We're sending life force energy all throughout our body.
And with each breath,
We restore the energy within our bodies.
That life force can flow properly in our bodies to give us the sustaining energy to keep going in life.
In just a few more minutes here.
Just feeling the body soften more with each breath.
Let's take one more deep breath in through the mouth.
And exhale through the nose.
Holding that navel point in all the way on that exhale.
And then just allow your breath to become natural.
Breathing in and out through the nose.
And just feel into your heart center now.
And combine that with your breathing.
Combine the energy that you built within your navel point with the heart center.
And just imagine that life force energy that you built in that navel being pushed and circulated up into the heart center.
Now just meditate on the sensation and the feeling of nothingness.
Of zero.
And enter a state of absolute stillness in the mind and in the body.
This is called shunya,
The zero point.
The still point.
Breathing gently into the heart.
Allowing your body and your mind to be still and present.
And focused on the zero point.
And you can meditate on this visualization that all is zero.
I am zero.
My thoughts are zero.
My pain is zero.
My frustration is zero.
My problems are zero.
My perceived blocks are zero.
My pain,
My problems,
All are zero.
Take every negative thought or emotion or problem that you face and multiply that by zero.
What is the outcome when you multiply zero by zero?
Zero to your problems.
Think of the sadness,
The unwanted things in your life that seem to limit you physically,
Emotionally,
Or mentally.
Anything that frustrates you,
Let them become zero.
You can see these thoughts as an image and then you can just visualize that when you put them into zero,
They dissolve.
Maybe each image starts to get smaller and then it just appears into light.
We turn our frustrations into prosperity by dissolving our frustrations to a zero point and consciously choosing to fill up the space with prosperity.
And now that all of our thoughts and frustrations,
Our sorrows,
Unwanted problems are zero,
Let's lock our mind on a single word that captures one significant quality or condition that you most desire to manifest into your world,
That will bring you fulfillment and happiness and growth on your journey.
You can choose words like health,
Or wisdom,
Intuition,
Love,
Wealth,
Whatever the word,
Let's just choose one for right now.
And you can return to this practice when you're ready to focus on another.
But let's give all of our strength in one area that we wanna focus on.
And don't hold back,
Don't limit yourself.
Choose that word and let's go with it.
And put your heart into it.
And beam this thought as far as you can in your projection.
And feel what emotions it's bringing to you.
Feel the happiness,
The fulfillment,
The joy of this word that you're calling in.
And you can synchronize this thought with your higher self because you know that it's coming from your higher self.
You are a limitless being.
And you deserve complete and full abundance in life,
In all areas of life.
It is your birthright.
And keep the mind focused on this word.
Keep in imagining how this word will bring you true fulfillment and happiness and growth in your world.
Project outwards.
See it in a space that's beyond you.
And let's take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
And then now let's just move the body.
Just move the head and the neck and the shoulders and feel your energy moving around,
Breathing in.
And exhale,
Move this energy all around you.
Everything that you're projecting,
Let's shake it in our field of energy.
Take another deep breath in.
Keep moving and exhale.
And let's reach our hands up,
Inhale up.
Hold the breath,
Squeeze the navel in and point the hands up towards the sky.
Extend and reach,
Point the fingertips up.
Project your energy upwards towards the sky.
And exhale,
Float the hands down.
And you can sit with this energy.
I encourage you to maybe take a few moments of rest here in meditation,
If you have that extra time.
It'd be great to allow the body to sink in this practice.
And if you're ready to come back,
You can open your eyes and welcome yourself back to your beautiful body and your beautiful mind and continue this practice until all of your frustrations are dissolved and you can push through any barriers,
Any perceived limitations and you can keep moving forward in life.
And we can turn this frustration into prosperity when we learn to dissolve and zero out our frustrations.
