Let's harmonize your flow.

Close your eyes.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.

Inhaling deeply.

Exhaling,

Letting it go completely.

One more deep breath in and let it go.

Continue breathing slow and controlled.

In this practice,

We will begin by holding the thumb.

In the energy principles of a practice called Jinjinjutsu,

Each finger and thumb is thought to correspond to specific emotions and energies.

The thumb in particular is associated with worry and anxiety.

And by holding it,

You can harmonize those feelings.

So choose whichever thumb you feel energetically pulled to and wrap all your fingers around it and just hold onto it.

When you hold your thumb gently,

You're performing a method called self-help.

You are harmonizing your own flow.

Continue to hold the thumb and breathe.

And as you do this,

You may not believe the effects of it,

But just trust it.

You are activating the energy pathways within your body to help you release tension and restore balance.

This practice fosters a sense of self-love,

Encourages self-confidence as it opens up the channels for healing to flow right in,

Replacing any worry and doubt.

Harmonizing you back into your being.

And it continues to allow yourself to connect with this energy center,

Trusting that this simple act can help you ease your mind,

Bring you back to the state of calmness.

Imagine a gentle river flowing.

You hop in and this river is not too shallow where you will hit anything,

But you will not drown.

You are being guided to exactly where you're meant to be.

As you float,

Notice the coolness of the water.

It surrounds your body.

The gentle sound of the flowing river,

The scent of the forest surrounding you.

Feel the movement of life moving through you.

The inner river that we float upon flows within you.

You feel the streams that naturally flow around your body.

The streams that go down the front and up the back.

Some going up the front,

Down the back,

From side to side of your body.

You may feel areas of stagnation,

Images or thoughts may be coming.

And as you float in this river,

Just remind yourself,

I am safe.

I am enough.

I am worthy of love and peace.

For this moment,

Begin to recognize that everything that has led you to this point is serving you.

And everything you need will come if you just relax.

Everything that is happening to you is perfect.

You are where you are meant to be,

And everything will work itself out.

And just as you go down this river of life,

And being in this river,

We realize that the only thing we can hold on to is this moment.

This moment of inhaling and exhaling.

And allow yourself to go deeper.

Deeper with this breath.

Breathing deeply in and out.

As the river comforts you,

Transports you kindly,

To your next steps in life.

Recognizing that we are humans of nature,

Aligned with the forces of nature.

So there will be pushing and pulling,

Things we cannot control.

But what we can control is that we can hold ourselves at our center.

This stable light that never burns out the whole universe within you.

As you breathe in,

Allow the healing universal energies to flood in and breathe them out.

Begin to find this flow.

Let the peace of the breath dissolve anxiousness.

Here I am in this moment,

Safe and calm.

The awareness of this moment dissolves worry,

Trusting in the universe,

And I have deep faith in myself.

In my inner knowing,

I am guided to my next steps that bring me the health,

Happiness,

And wholeness I deserve.

Feel this breath caressing your spirit.

This breath penetrating all obstacles,

All pain,

All worry,

All negative thoughts of yourself from the past,

Any doubts of the future,

And just remain formless in this river and offer yourself to the flow.

Let go of what you've been carrying and just float.

Feel this flow from a higher place take place within you.

The river delivers us to the great ocean of peace.

The ocean of oneness.

So if this is where we are headed,

Why worry?

Be in the breath in this moment.

Is there any tension in your body or mind still?

If so,

Continue to breathe with it.

The stillness goes deeper into your essence.

Feeling your heart beat slower,

Your breath grows longer and slower and deeper.

Deeper as we begin to move slower and at peace and harmony with what is.

With the universe.

Continue to let go.

Let go of the sound of my voice and go into the oneness within you.

The oneness within you.

Absorbing freedom and love and slowly you reach a point to climb out of the river.

You begin to take your first steps feeling incredibly light and free.

Rise like a mighty tree with deep roots into the earth grounding yourself.

Spreading out.

Feel your roots expanding deep into the earth grounding you to this moment.

Anchoring your light even in the face of challenges.

You remain steady and strong.

And as your branches spread the resemblance of you spreading what you can give to the world.

What help you can give.

What light you can shine.

What parts of yourself you can bring to the world with whatever you are doing.

Nothing is too small.

The more you can contain and maintain your light the more you can shine for others and allow them to shine.

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling for that you hold the power to return to this peace within you.

No matter what life brings you are loved.

You are whole.

Bringing your hands in the heart center expressing your gratitude for yourself for finding this peace within you.
