Cosa imparerai
Do you feel constantly on edge, exhausted but unable to relax, or as though your body is always preparing for the next problem? When the nervous system spends too long in survival mode, rest can feel unfamiliar, even when life is relatively safe. In this course, you'll learn why the body becomes stuck in patterns of stress, hypervigilance, overthinking, and tension, and how to gently guide it back toward regulation. Through a blend of nervous system education, mindfulness, breathwork, body awareness, and restorative practices, you'll discover how to reduce internal stress signals, create a greater sense of safety within yourself, and access deeper states of rest. Each day builds on the last, helping you move from survival toward resilience, regulation, and lasting calm. By the end of this course, you'll have a practical toolkit for calming your nervous system, improving your relationship with stress, and creating the conditions for genuine rest-both during the day and at night. This aligns closely with high-engagement nervous system and sleep-focused course themes that emphasize regulation, recovery, and sustainable wellbeing.

Lezione 1
When Survival Becomes Normal
Survival mode does not always feel stressful - sometimes it feels productive, responsible, and normal. In this session, you’ll begin recognising the hidden patterns of constant preparation that quietly shape the way you move, think, and rest. Through gentle awareness, you’ll explore what happens when staying ready stops feeling like who you are.
Lezione 2
Your Body Does Not Know The Threat Has Passed
Sometimes life moves forward before the body does. In this session, you’ll explore how the nervous system can continue patterns of preparation even when circumstances change. Through gentle awareness and present-moment noticing, you’ll begin offering the body new evidence that life may already be different.
Lezione 3
Stop Earning Your Rest
Many of us unknowingly treat rest like a reward that comes after everything else is finished. In this session, you’ll explore what happens when rest is allowed to exist inside life instead of at the end of it. Through gentle awareness and receiving, you’ll begin creating a new relationship with recovery and permission.
Lezione 4
Teach The Body That Nothing Is Chasing You
Many of us move quickly without realising that urgency has become familiar. In this session, you’ll explore what happens when the body experiences slowing down without consequences. Through gentle deceleration and awareness, you’ll begin discovering that slowing down does not mean falling behind.
Lezione 5
Deep Rest Is Different From Collapse
Exhaustion and deep rest are not the same experience. In this session, you’ll explore the difference between collapsing and truly receiving restoration. Through gentle awareness and support, you’ll begin discovering that rest can feel nourishing without needing to disconnect from yourself.
Lezione 6
Build A Life Your Body Does Not Need To Recover From
Recovery does not only begin after exhaustion. In this session, you’ll explore how small moments of restoration can exist inside ordinary life instead of waiting for the end of the day. Through gentle awareness and pacing, you’ll begin discovering that returning to yourself can happen while life is still unfolding.
Lezione 7
You Are Allowed To Live Differently
This final session brings together everything you’ve explored throughout the course - rest, receiving, slowing down, recovery, and returning to yourself. Rather than becoming someone new, this practice invites you to notice what may already feel different. A gentle closing to carry forward into ordinary life.
