Show Interest

In the “Show Interest” part you will understand that being interesting comes from being interested. You will see and enjoy the process and not the goal and understand the benefits of an open mind and also the benefits of a closed mind.

Understand Process

In the “Understand Process” part, you will learn to accept that as long as you are alive, you need to keep going. You will understand that the only real start and end is birth and death, and learn to embrace the different paces needed at times.

Get Lost

In the “Get lost” part, you will learn the art form of getting lost. You will understand the benefits of being lost and of finding your way back, and you will see the need for both uncertainty and certainty in your life.

Lezione 4

Choose Mind Warriors

In the “choose mind warriors” part, you will consciously choose role models. You will also learn that everyone has something to offer, and not to idolise one person, but to idolise aspects of all people.

Lezione 5

Find Acceptance

In the “Find Acceptance” part, you will learn how to see people for who they truly are. You will also learn what to try to change and what not in your life, and you will understand that giving up control is sometimes positive.

Lezione 6

Find Purpose

In the “Find Purpose” part, you will understand that just by being alive, you already have purpose. You will be able to differentiate among the purposes in your life and become aware that you affect the world a whole lot more than you think.
