Molly hosts classes and courses focused on mindfulness and grounding to the present moment.

Mindful Foundation And Asana Yoga
Start your journey to mindful yoga by establishing our foundation. We will explore the parasympathetic nervous system and how it relates to mindful movement.
Lezione 2
Mindful Integration
Integrate what we've learned from our physical practice and the breathwork practice so that we can use these tools in our everyday life. Practice will lead to greater balance and present awareness.
