Typically we are in one of four different states of mind. Each are totally human and natural, the idea of working with anchors comes into play when we are strengthening our present awareness practice to cultivate mindfulness. This was very helpful. I am new to meditation and I haven’t felt really connected yet, but this gave me some tips and, even better, some confidence to keep at it. Also, I feel better about myself because I realize that some of the things that I have been doing just naturally are Ways of being mindful. This course just cleared up a lot of things for me and I would recommend it to any beginner or just anyone who is not very confident in their practice!
