Lezione 1
You Are Nature
India’s traditional healing system, called Ayurveda, proposes that we are made up of the same five energies that we find in nature (air, space, earth, water, and fire.) In this session, we discuss how our bodies and minds are of nature, rather than something separate from it. We explore the idea of having a unique nature-based constitution and how knowing our unique constitution helps us navigate our vulnerabilities and embrace our strengths.

You Are Air
In session one, we connected the natural world to our inner world. In this session we begin breaking down the five energies of nature one-by-one. Our goal in this session is to reconnect with the energy of air. This session will include a guided meditation.

In session two, we connected with the energy of air. Our goal in this session is to reconnect with the energy of space. This session will include a guided meditation.
Lezione 4
The Air/Space Constitution
Having experienced ourselves in relationship to air and space in sessions two and three, in this session we explore the profile of those born with a predominance of air and space energy. We uncover what an air/space constitution looks like by discussing typical characteristics and symptoms of imbalance.
Lezione 5
You Are Earth
In our last session, we discussed the strengths and vulnerabilities of the air and space (or vata) constitution. In this session, we return to breaking down the five energies of nature one-by-one. Our intention is to reconnect to the energy of earth. This session will include a guided meditation.

You Are Water
In our last session, we connected with earth energy. In this session, we continue breaking down the five energies of nature one-by-one. Our intention is to reconnect to the energy of water. This session will include a guided meditation.
Lezione 7
The Water/Earth Constitution
Having experienced ourselves in relationship to earth and water in sessions four and five, in this session we explore the profile of those born with a predominance of water and earth energy. We uncover what a water/earth constitution looks like by discussing typical characteristics and symptoms of imbalance.

You Are Fire
In our last session, we discussed the vulnerabilities and strengths of the earth/water (or kapha) constitution and remedies for finding balance. In this session, we return to breaking down the five elements of nature one-by-one. Our intention is to reconnect with the energy of fire. This session will include a guided meditation.

The Fire/Water Constitution
Having experienced ourselves in relationship to water in session five and fire in session eight, in this session we explore the profile of those born with a predominance of fire and water energy. We uncover what a fire/water constitution looks like by discussing typical characteristics and symptoms of imbalance.
Lezione 10
Knowing Your Best Self - Assessing Your Constitution
Throughout this course, you’ve connected with the five energies found in nature and mapped those energies within yourself. Knowing your unique nature can illuminate which energies lead in your life so that you can embrace your strengths and anticipate your vulnerabilities. In this session, you’ll review the qualities of the vata, kapha and pitta constitutions, looking more closely at the inherent strengths of each, and how to respond to predisposed vulnerabilities. You’ll take time to assess your unique constitution and reaffirm practices that bring balance to your vulnerabilities.
