The Potential of Being Human
In this session, we'll outline the potential of being human, the things that stop us fully appreciating this, and what we will be exploring on the course. This is followed by guided practice to enter a foundational peaceful, calm, and relaxed state of being.

Body
In this session, we’ll explore how we can end up with a distorted and unhealthy relationship with our own body and appreciate how amazing and miraculous our body is. This will be followed by a guided practice to connect with awareness, and appreciation of our body.
Lezione 3
Emotions
In this session we’ll be exploring emotions, what they are and how they can be useful. This will be followed by a guided practice to explore, acknowledge, and begin to release held emotions.
Lezione 4
Thoughts
In this session we explore what thoughts are as well as the difference between intentional and unintentional thoughts. This is followed by a guided practice to observe thoughts come and go, while appreciating our powerful and amazing mind.

Sight
In this session we’ll be exploring sight and vision, followed by a guided practice to explore and experience this important sense.
Lezione 6
Sound
In this session we’ll be exploring sound and our sense of hearing. This will be followed by a guided practice to explore sound and appreciate this miraculous sense.
Lezione 7
Touch
In this session we’ll be investigating our sense of touch, followed by a guided practice to explore and appreciate this important sense of connection.
Lezione 8
Wholeness
In this session we’ll be investigating wholeness and the relationship between mind, emotions, body, and senses. This is followed by a guided practice to explore, experience, and appreciate wholeness.
Lezione 9
Stream of Experience
In this session, we’ll investigate our attention and awareness within the flowing stream of experience. This is followed by a guided practice to explore and appreciate the subtle complexity of our stream of experience.
Lezione 10
Appreciation and Gratitude
In this final session we’ll be bringing everything together and contemplating how miraculous our life really is. This will be followed by a guided practice to explore and experience appreciation and gratitude for our body, emotions, mind, and senses.
