So really grateful for each and every one of you being here,
Bringing your frequency into this space.
I'd just like to honor that now.
Hmm.
It began grounding down.
And pausing whatever distracting thoughts.
Have been with you,
Are with you and just create some lightness around you.
Use the breath for that as well.
Breathing in and exhale.
And.

Feel your breath traveling further and further.
Can you feel your breath?
Moving to the opposite side.
Of the space that you're in.
Can you send your breath far above you?
And you send your breath way,
Way,
Way below,
Deep down into the earth.
Where else can you take your breath to?
Just play with that for a moment.
Inviting in a playfulness.
And lightness.
And now can you bring your breath into the center of your heart.
Hmm.
And allow your breath to nourish your heart to bless it,
Perhaps to open it,
To soften it.
And again,
With your heart open.
Soft.
And perhaps a little bit more gentle.
At the same time,
Earth in your soul.
Bringing yourself more and more.
Into presence with all of you right now.
Doesn't mean that we are consciously aware of everything of the self.
So we don't need to mentally try.
It's more about relaxing.
How much can you relax while Being awake.
Physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually.
Deepening your relaxation.
Knowing that this time of preparation is here to support your guidance.
On this journey that we are on together.
Feeling into your stillness.
Even if there is movement.
Within you or around you.
Feel and sense into your stillness.
That is always with you.
And it's from this.
Place of stillness,
This being of stillness.
Where the richness and the depth of your wisdom resides and emerges from.
So as we journey through.

These different Pod.
Taking us each on a Slightly different route,
But yet.
Echoing each other Just allow yourself to be so available for you,
Available for the awareness.
That can come through in so many ways.
So let's release expectation.
And it's not just about releasing it now,
It's also about releasing it.
When we are in the middle of receiving,
Listening to something,
Can you in that moment notice an expectation that arises.
And then just simply allow it to move on by.
Not to attach,
Not to resist.
And that noticing of whatever comes through.
His beautiful awareness.
And this awareness of the self is the activator for moving us in the direction that we are aligned with at this moment.
And so there is a deep level of trust that is being called for.
As we deeply relax.
And we trust the stillness.
So there is no knowing.
No awareness of What is going to.

Come through for us in any shape or form.
It could be purely physical awareness traveling through the cells,
Through the muscle fire.
Be.
In our energy body.
So let's not look only for literal or conscious messages.
Let us.

Hmm.
Trust our holistic body.
And on that note,
Let's set our intention now to trust.

Remain relaxed.

And feeling more deeply now into the stillness.
Can you bring in and add to that?
The depths of stillness that the mountain carries.
Perhaps You can feel yourself.
Grounding down like this large,
Majestic mountain.
Who has seen so much,
Experienced so much.
And yet remains poised.
Steadfast.
Calm.
Strong.
And feel into that stillness,
Not only within your physical body,
But Can you sense into that expansion?
Your mountain to the side,
To the front of you,
Who behind you,
Beneath you,
Of course it's bad.
Reaching out.
And in this beautiful.

Palpable stillness.
You are sensing.
Something beneath you.
There is movement.
There is thunder.
But even though this thunder is Creating a vibration that's traveling.
Through your layers and levels.
Even through all of this,
You remain centered.
And it might be tempting to react to this movement.
That might heal.
Disturbing or it might feel like it's encouraging you to Do something.
But before you do anything,
Be in that still point.
And connect with your wisdom.
Maybe you want to place your hands over your heart center again.
Just say perhaps inwardly or Out loud.
Show me.
Let me know clearly what I need right now.
Take a breath in.
Just relax into receiving.
Remember the receiving might be literal.
But it might not be literal at the moment.
What am I needing now?
In my life now.
And oftentimes we already know these answers before we even ask the question.
But when we ask this type of question,
When we are in a beautiful,
Hold space.
Connecting with the hearts.
Sensing and knowing our stillness.
Answers.
Can be received.
In a more complete and whole way.
We're going to ask another question now.
So let's just slowly.

Release that focus of the answer we've been receiving.
Knowing we're not discarding it or ignoring it.
We can return to it when we choose to.
Returning to the heart.
Breathing in here.
As you now ask Show me.

Slowly start to release that broken.

This is What this teaching is all about.
Nourishing the soul.
Nourishing others.
So if you Feel into that word nourishment.
What comes to mind?
What emotion?
What memories,
What colors,
What images,
What songs,
Anything.
I'm going to read to you some words.
Commentary that the I Ching gives.
On It's a hexagram of thunder below the mountain.
And it says,
This is an auspicious time.
You have to choose what is to be nourished.
In yourself or in another.
After proper and worthy deliberation.
The path to this choice being true.
You will achieve particular success.
This is a remarkable opportunity and if you choose that aspect of your own nature,
Or another's.
That most deserves this enrichment.
Then you will benefit from good fortune.
However,
If you merely satisfy the cruder appetite you will come to regret it.
We must look at what we are seeking to nourish.
And by the exercise of our thoughts,
For the proper sustenance.
Be sensible.
And careful.
About your material and other nourishments.
Look after yourself and others who require it.
Just take a minute of silence here to absorb that.
And receive.
Our own inner guidance in response.
Slowly bringing your awareness to the breath and feeling the body Siddling down.
Grounding down.
Feeling into the whole body.
And giving thanks.
For your whole self.
Your life.
For the lives of others.
And of course for.

Messages that you have received.
As guidance.
If your eyes have been closed,
Let's place our hands gently over the eyes.
And you can now open up your eyes behind your hands so that you're looking at your palms.
And very slowly start to move your palm.
Further and further and further in front of you all the while you're looking at your palm Doing it at a gentle slow pace There's no rush.
And when your arms are outstretched,
Eyes can move further out as well Intentionally Behold what you have cultivated in this time for yourself.
While you are Reconnecting with the environment that you're in.

This hexagram 27 from the I Ching.
Called nourishment.
Is visually in the form of a mouth.
So we have in the lower trigram a young line and then Yin Yin and then above that Yin Yin Yang.
So we've got this closure at the bottom and the top which is representing the lips of the mouth.
Which of course ties into.

The message of nourishment.
But very clearly,
The nourishment being spoken of is not only physical.
It's not only food,
But it is also that.
So we also need to consider What are we putting into our physical body?
And likewise What are we putting into ourselves mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually?
And then.
.
.
What are we nourishing others with?
Because our words,
What comes out of the mouth,
That is nourishment or not for others.
So how can we be more nourishing to the self?
How can we be more nourishing to others?
And of course,
The two work hand in hand.
We find it might be so much easier to nourish others once we've nourished the self.
And vice versa.
When we're being observers and helping somebody and being kind and caring.
We feel good about it.
That creates.
This beautiful chemical response.
Electrical response as well throughout the whole system.
And.

So we receive the nourishment at the same time.
So I hold this.
Guidance with you as you move throughout the rest of your day.
The rest of your week.
And keep returning to that question.
How can I nourish myself?
What do I need?
How can I nourish others?
What do they need?
And trusting that guidance.
As the I Ching mentioned.
Proper and worthy deliberation that is what is being called for at this time.
And when we take the time to Not just only mentally think about,
Okay,
What do I need to eat?
What do I need to do?
What do I need to not do?
But to actually B.
With the body.
The holistic body.
And sense into.
That communication of awareness.
That you are receiving.
And coupling that with the knowledge Then we are.
Arrive.
With the answers.
That are in alignment for us right now.
So I trust that you have received from.

Much nourishment.
And that it will continue to unfold for you.
As you move through this next period of time.
