Thank you for joining me here in receiving this transmission together.
For opened heart.
And connect it to hexagram 61.
Of the I Ching.
Let's begin by connecting to the heart center.
Dropping attention into the center of the chest.
And we can assist this awareness by placing both hands over the chest center area.
And then drop the focus down below the surface of the skin.
So that your awareness moves midway between front and back of the body and midway between left and right side.
In the center point,
We sense into the energy heart center.
Also known as the zero point.
And the more we relax and allow this area to open.
The further we can travel inwards.
For now,
Let's quieten the mind.
And you can use the breath to exhale out any thoughts,
Distractions,
Worries.
Set the intention to ground the body.
Taking your awareness to the surface beneath you.
Noticing the space around the physical body.
And breathing in to the whole body.
Feeling the nervous system calming.
The muscles relaxing.
Once again.
Taking your attention into the center of your heart energy sphere.
And without trying,
Simply relax into connecting through your senses.
With this part of you.
I will give you a few moments of quiet.
Be present with your heart center.
And let's breathe in love and lightness whatever else you feel you are needing right now into your heart center.
And now while remaining connected with your heart and into the zero point that connects you to all of life.
With this intentional connection,
We're going to set our intention now.
Intention to trust.
In this receiving.
You can repeat with me or simply affirm at the end.
I trust.
The wisdom I am receiving from this ancient teaching.
Along with my own inner guidance.
These are for my highest good and for the greater good of all.
Breathe into the heart center.
Affirm with eye trust.
And as you exhale,
Release the focus.
Remaining calm and quiet.
Present and trusting.
Imagery of this hexagram 61.
Is indicative of this heart center,
This zero point that we have been connecting with.
Or we see two solid yarn lines at the bottom,
Holding.
Two solid young lines at the top,
Enclosing.
And then midway,
Third and fourth lines,
We have two open lines.
So we have this open center.
And thus,
This teaching is sometimes entitled Opened Heart.
Or scented.
Heart.
Sometimes as well,
It's also called the truth within.
Be with those three different descriptions for a moment,
Feeling them in your heart center.
Just noticing which one.
Feels aligned with you right now.
Breathe in your awareness and then gently exhale.
Let it go.
And let's move now to the elements in the primary triagram.
Where we find wind above the lake.
Gentle movements,
A gentle breeze.
Across the lake area.
Just imagine that for a moment,
Being at a lake.
There's this soft movement of air that you see,
That you feel.
While at the same time you are noticing them.
Beauty and the richness of life that is present Notice what stands out for you.
Is it the water?
The moving reeds,
The birds.
The fish.
How?
The sky.
Absence people.
On the water.
Around the lake.
Whatever catches your eye.
Hatches your awareness.
Ask of yourself how this is talking to you.
What is it cultivating?
How are you responding to it?
Asking these types of questions.
Activates awareness of the self.
And those.
Is the truth within.
At this time we are called to connect with and really become one with the truth within our hearts.
Perhaps that could be a mantra for this time going forward.
Let me know the truth within my heart.
Let me know the truth within my heart.
And when we know that.
We are also called to trust that.
And to act upon it however we are guided.
I Ching tells us that this is a highly auspicious time for spiritual development.
And so having a practice of connecting regularly throughout the day with one's heart center.
And continuously checking in.
To ensure that you remain aligned.
With your heart.
Through your thoughts,
Your words,
Your actions,
In your relationships,
In all your choices.
This is like a guiding light for you at the moment.
So for any difficult tasks or important tasks know that your heart or spirit is there to guide you for it knows the I Ching talks about those as crossing the great stream.
So what great journey are you on at the moment or perhaps you are preparing to embark on?
And this could be a journey that involves reaching out to another.
Having an important conversation.
It could be a journey of going within.
Could be a very physical journey.
And earthly.
Moving experience.
So allow yourself to embrace this special experience.
Knowing that you are divinely supported.
When the lake shows up in our readings it's always a signification of connection with others.
Think about significant others in your life right now.
As you now contemplate these words,
In relation.
From the I Ching.
You can reach and communicate with the different inner natures of individuals.
And can unite them in harmony to cooperate in the accomplishment of a great undertaking.
Which can have a favorable outcome.
Know that there is great power and influence in the inner virtues of Truth.
And sincerity.
Perhaps you are being called to share your truth with another.
Take a moment to envision that.
How does that feel?
What does that look like?
And if you bring that imagery into the lake area.
Does it change?
Does it stay the same?
Notice your first responses without trying to change them or perfect them.
For this awareness carries jewels of wisdom.
From your heart center.
Another reflection on this teaching is entering this great stream of life with purpose.
Knowing one's purpose.
Knowing one's calling,
One's direction.
Which direction are you facing as you enter the stream of life?
Notice the emotions that are with you.
Notice how your heart is responding.
Keep returning to your heart center and trust it.
Asda to guide you.
In the right direction.
With truth and sincerity.
In closing,
Words from the I Ching on hexagram 61 say,
The truth within moves even pigs and fish and leads to good fortune.
