Welcome to this transmission on Heartfelt Ascension.
Let's take a few moments together to simply slow down.
Slow down thoughts.
Slow down breathing.
And feel the nervous system slowing down.
Sending the awareness.
Into the lower belly.
Breathing in calm here.
And feeling this calm.
Moving throughout the rest of your physical body.
Noticing your mind calming.
And your emotions.
Becoming calmer and calmer.
Let's now move the awareness into the heart center.
And as we connect,
To the self through the heart.
That set our intention.
You can repeat this word for word with me or simply affirm at the end.
I trust.
The wisdom I am receiving from this ancient teaching.
Along with my own inner guidance.
Is aligned with my highest good.
And for the greater good of all.
Please affirm that with I trust.
Exhale as you let go of any expectations and simply trusting.
Looking at the teaching from this hexagram number 54 which connects to Heartfelt Ascension.
We see that sometimes the title of this teaching is The Younger Maiden Mary.
In the I Ching system.
Each hexagram is comprised of two primary trigrams.
And these trigrams.
Are archetypes,
They are themes of particular patterns.
Which we can see in nature,
Hence their connection to specific elements,
And we can also see it in human behavior.
And thus the connection to certain family members.
So in this instance,
We see.
The youngest daughter.
Presents in the lower trigram and the eldest son present in the upper trigram.
And what this is indicating.
Is a time when the youngest daughter Mary's first.
Possibly an older man.
And possibly before.
The eldest daughter.
And there was a time gone by when this was uncalled for.
And so while these traditions might not hold strong today,
We want to look at the message and the underlying patterns,
And themes which are present.
Now if the youngest daughter was to marry out of order,
This could have been for her own selfish gain and would have pleased the family.
And a series of challenges.
Instead of patiently waiting.
To allow the proper course of action to take place.
Such impatience.
Horses the young maiden distress,
Disappointment.
Hardship.
Which of course was not there in the beginning.
But has come apart from acts of folly.
Or perhaps one could look at it from a point of view of taking unreasonable risks.
And this can happen because of greed.
Read to have something to be somewhere to be someone to do something So reflect over your life now where there is a great desire for more and more and more of something.
The emotions connected to greed,
To wanting.
Are so strong that they can become uncontrollable.
And this can cause great suffering.
The wisdom here is not to forsake it.
All earthly desires.
Wanting to improve oneself and do better and grow and set goals and achieve them.
Is a great and admirable thing.
It's when it takes over of the self,
When there is a fixation on ascending.
Perhaps in one area of life,
Perhaps through all areas of life.
And when this ascending is not done from a place of the heart.
Then there cannot be a regard for others.
And in the long run,
Not even for the self.
So when this teaching comes through in one's life,
It's a time to take stock of any areas.
That could be holding this energy of more and more and more.
And in those areas.
Who?
And slow down.
Thoughts,
And actions.
Related to ascending in those areas.
And when one does this,
From a place of sincerity,
And then when one is able to realign so we can move forward from a place of compassion,
Love,
Kindness.
Then there will be success,
Natural success in Ascension.
In growth and in connection with others as well.
Sometimes through this act of poising.
And honest reflection.
One will become aware.
Of that which needs to end.
Thereby opening the way with something new.
The I Ching says,
The hexagram conveys a sense of enormously significant and far-reaching endings and subsequent beginnings.
When times are troubled and hard,
When you suffer personal disappointments,
When you are keenly affected and afflicted by the breakdown of something.
The wisest attitude.
Is one of stoic patience.
Consoled and comforted by the realization that in time,
Things will become aligned once again.
So as you now reflect on these multiple layers of messages,
Simply take the ones.
Connect with you.
That you know are speaking to your life right now.
And consider how you can.
Put this wisdom into practice.
In the areas of your life that are asking for it.
And now taking a breath in and as you exhale.
Allow yourself to ground in this present moment.
Remaining calm.
And a patient.
As you move forward.
This hexagram couples with number 53.
Which you can find in the eaching playlist.
