Welcome to your I surrender meditation for letting go.

Find yourself in a comfortable position and let's begin.

In this meditation we will use the power of visualization and affirmations to help you surrender anything you no longer need.

After the affirmations I will leave you a few minutes of silence so you can carry on using the mantra I surrender and add anything you would like to surrender.

Before we begin please make sure you are comfortable in your own meditation posture and when you feel ready you can begin to close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Exhale out your mouth.

Just one more time deep breath in and exhale.

Allow the muscles in your body to relax,

Getting heavier,

Letting go of any tension you are holding on to.

You are present,

You are safe,

You are grounded.

Let's begin.

In your mind's eye I'd like you to visualize the universe.

You could see a sky full of stars,

The planets,

The Milky Way or something more ethereal.

Allow that image to enter your imagination.

See it in crystal clear clarity,

Your definition of the universe.

I'd like you to now visualize a huge hole opening up in the universe.

This is a vacuum that is going to suck away anything you want to surrender.

You could even visualize words,

Images or anything you'd like to be sucked away into this hole.

The universe will happily take care of it for you.

For the first part of this meditation simply repeat the following affirmations after me and every time you repeat it in your mind really feel into the feelings of surrender and release,

Feeling lighter and freer with every affirmation.

Let's begin.

I surrender my doubts and worries.

I surrender holding on to my dreams so tightly.

I surrender my dreams over to the universe.

I surrender pain and anxiety.

I surrender sadness.

I surrender frustration.

I surrender judgment of others and of myself.

I surrender comparison and jealousy.

I surrender anything that no longer serves me.

I surrender guilt and shame.

I surrender unhealthy habits.

I surrender blaming myself and others.

I surrender stress and impatience.

I surrender doubts that it won't happen for me.

I surrender wanting it to happen on my timeline.

I know the universe has a greater plan for me.

I surrender it all.

I take full responsibility for my life and I surrender.

Now for the next few minutes you can repeat the following mantra I surrender then add whatever you'd like to give over to the universe.

What do you want to surrender now?

You see the hole closing,

Taking with it everything that no longer serves you.

It is done.

You have let go and now you can be free.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out your mouth and when you feel ready you can begin to open your eyes and know that you have done something incredible for yourself.

Return to this meditation whenever you need to.
