
Forest Bathing Meditation (60 Minutes)
Forest bathing is simply very good for us. Especially for lifting our moods when we are down. According to a study done by Akemi Furuyashiki et al, "examining the physiological and psychological effects of a day-long session of forest bathing on a working age group demonstrated significant positive effects on mental health, especially in those with depressive tendencies." Of course, a forest is not always nearby, so this meditation seeks to meet that challenge. But please, do your best to go to an actual forest if you can!
