Find a comfortable position to sit in that is nice and quiet.
Gently close your eyes and mouth.
Let's start by taking in a deep breath.
Take it in through the nose and out through the nose.
Now feel your body,
Feel every cell in your body.
What do you feel like?
Scan your body up and down.
Whatever sensations you may have,
You can let them go after acknowledging them.
Now centralize your attention by focusing on your body.
By focusing in on the center of your chest.
Breathe into the center for the next few moments.
Now just simply let go.
Feel any attachments that you have.
Let them go.
Let go of all the pain.
Let go of all your sorrow.
Let go of all your grief.
Let go of all your disappointment.
Let go of all your anger.
Let go of all your sadness.
Let go of all your regret.
Let go of all your guilt.
And finally,
Let go of all of your suffering.
Let it all go.
Breathe in the goodness of life,
Refreshing and recharging every cell of your body.
Without all your suffering,
Liberating and releasing all negative emotions from your body.
Let it all go.
With each exhalation,
Just feel your body releasing and cleansing this undesired energy from your body.
Completely let go and free yourself from the shackles of past emotions.
Feel your body becoming lighter and lighter with each breath.
Just breathe out all of this unwanted energy.
Feel the breath and its power and get in touch with its ability to physically move energy within the body.
Your inhalation is accepting and receiving the goodness of life,
Which we are exposed to at every moment.
Sometimes it's just harder to see.
Cleansing is with intention now,
As you are physically pushing out any of this negative emotion,
Any of this unwanted energy.
You're cleansing yourself.
You're taking back the ability to be in control of your body,
To be able to control what we can and let go of what we can't.
Feel your body becoming lighter and lighter with each breath.
Now,
Go deep into your body,
Deeper than you were before.
Feel your cells.
Feel your blood.
Feel the atoms.
Feel your energy.
Let go of everything you know.
Let go of your identity.
Let go of your body.
Let go of your mind and let go of your senses.
Just be nobody in no time,
Nowhere.
Feel what it's like to disconnect from everything you know and everything you are.
Let go of everything you know and everything you are.
Subtract everything you know and just rest in the presence.
Rest in your consciousness.
Allow yourself to relax in your own goodness,
As you are simply.
As you are just sitting,
Meditating,
Completely let go.
