To attain a perfect state of health,

One has to be mentally calm,

Steady,

And emotionally stable.

Only a healthy body can heal,

And nourishing your true nature will allow your body to blossom into new health.

Transcending your mind will allow your true self to be exposed.

Being confined by the mind will only limit your ability to heal.

The clearer your consciousness,

The more your well-being will increase.

Prana is the vital life force energy,

The very basis of health and well-being for both the body and the mind.

You can gain prana through meditation.

When your body is alive with more prana,

You feel energetic,

Enthusiastic,

And full of positive energy.

It is said that the root of all illness is in the mind and consciousness.

Negative thinking and stress can shift the body into a state of breakdown.

In this meditation,

We will clear the mind of any disturbances to discharge any unsettled energy from your system.

Find a quiet place for your practice and do what you can to prevent distractions.

Be seated in your meditative posture and allow yourself to be comfortable.

Activate your abdomen and back to maintain a relaxed,

Upright spine.

Place your hands on your knees or in a mudra of your choosing.

Slightly draw in your chin and rest your gaze upon the space just ahead of you.

If you prefer,

Now is the time to gently close your eyes and mouth.

Let's start by deeply breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Focus your attention on the breathing cycle.

It will be your anchor throughout this meditation.

If thoughts arise,

Acknowledge them and let them go,

Simply return to the breath.

Allow each inhalation and exhalation to bring you clear presence and awareness of your senses.

Give yourself permission now to relax,

Unwind,

And allow the natural state of being open to fill the space.

Breathe in relaxation.

Breathe out tension.

The great guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar once said,

In meditation,

Healing can happen.

When the mind is calm,

Alert,

And totally contented,

Then it is like a laser beam.

It is very powerful and healing can happen.

Now let go of the outside world.

Let go of all distractions.

Let go of all thoughts.

Don't try to control the flow of your thoughts.

Instead,

Just allow them to drift softly and float aside as if they were clouds passing by.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Breathe in through the nose and out through the nose.

Allow your breath for the next few moments.

Now focus your attention behind your forehead into the black space behind your eyes.

This is your mental screen.

Allow your thoughts to come up and do not resist any of them.

See yourself watching this screen as if you were watching television.

Realize that you are observing your thoughts as you observe the TV.

You are not your thoughts.

Your thoughts are just like clouds passing by.

In this practice,

Do not try and hold on to any thoughts.

You are not your thoughts just as you are not the television.

Allow the thoughts to come onto your mental screen,

Recognizing them and then letting them go.

Letting them fade away.

It's okay that they're there and it's fine that they come up and take your attention.

Let them come and let them go.

Invite them to come.

If they're there,

They want to be recognized.

But that doesn't mean that you want them to be there.

Just be the observer and allow them to come into your mental screen and then pass.

Feel your breath.

What does your breath feel like?

Enjoy each breath.

Feel the nourishment of your cells as the oxygen is absorbed into your body.

Feel the expansion of your lungs with each inhalation and the relaxation of your lungs with each exhalation.

Now you're going to breathe in prana,

The universal life force energy.

In fact,

Prana is within each breath,

But you must tune your senses inward to feel this force.

Visualize a powerful violet energy coming with each breath.

This energy has the power to vitalize your entire body.

Feel this energy enter through your nostrils as you breathe in.

Going up through your passages,

Down the back of your throat.

And now take in deeper breaths by pushing your belly out using your abdomen to aid your breathing cycle.

You want to activate these muscles so you can draw in the prana down to your belly.

Nice,

Full,

Deep breaths.

In and out.

In and out.

Continue breathing at a comfortable pace with nice,

Full,

Deep breaths.

And feel this energy recharge your whole body as you do it.

Now,

Focus on exhaling all your tension.

Your anxiety and any worries that may be holding you back.

Breathing in prana.

Breathing out stress.

Allow all of your tension and stress to just melt away with the breath that's entering you and then leaving.

With each breath,

Fill your body go into a deeper state of relaxation.

With each breath,

Fill your body go into a deeper state of relaxation.

Just let go.

Let go of your thoughts.

Let go of the concepts.

Let go of your ideas.

Let go of the projections.

Let go of the outside world.

Let go of your body.

Let go of your senses.

Let go of your breath.

Simply let go.

Let go.

In this state,

Your stress,

Worries,

And anxieties drop off.

They just melt away.

And this empty,

Clear space now gives rise to a positive state of mind.

And this space,

This positive,

Open space,

In turn,

Has a very positive impact on the physical body,

Brain,

And nervous system.

This allows healthy genes to be expressed.

It rearranges the molecules in your body.

When you worry and give into fear,

You are weakening your body's ability to defend itself and fight off diseases.

Keeping your mind clear and your heart joyful promotes a healthy body.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the nose.

And just feel the goodness of being connected with the breath,

Focusing on a clear mind,

A relaxed body,

And feel the prana entering you with each inhalation.

And as it passes,

You're letting go of any tension that you may be holding onto.

Reliefs tension,

Prevents stresses from entering the body,

And it releases accumulated stress.

And in turn,

This increases your health.

Meditation can bring about a spiritual transformation.

As you become more accustomed to your true nature,

The mystery of the entire creation Allow each breath to bring you a deeper sense of happiness and fill your body heal and rejuvenate with each breath for the rest of this practice.

I don't think there is a right or wrong choice to this being a reading or meditation. It doesn't really bother me. The important thing is that I love it and like it a lot. But my heart says it's slightly more meditation than reading. But it was just great. Thank you for this! <3
