Happy Diwali!
Welcome to this Loving-Kindness Meditation to cultivate feelings of joy,
Love,
Light,
Peace and presence to strengthen your soul and to enhance the sense of togetherness with your loved ones and the world around you.
Diwali,
The festival of lights,
Is also celebrated by spreading joy and by lighting up the world of others.
May the festival of lights and joy become more beautiful for you and your family.
Now,
Allowing a deep breath in and breathe out slowly.
Let's begin the meditation by slowly stretching your body.
Allow yourself to sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight and your body relaxed.
Resting your palms gently on your laps and closing your eyes,
Taking a few deep cleansing breaths where we will breathe in deeply through the nose and breathe out slowly through the mouth.
Now,
Breathing in deeply through the nose,
Breathing out slowly through the mouth,
Breathing in deeply,
Breathing out slowly,
Breathing in deeply,
And breathing out releasing slowly.
Two more times,
Breathing in fully and breathing out slowly.
One last deep breath in and breathe out slowly and completely.
Now,
Bring your awareness into your breath and embrace the calmness,
Smiling with peace and welcoming the present moment with more relaxing natural rhythm of your breath.
Connecting with your body and observing how are you feeling right now.
As you become more aware of yourself,
Welcome more peace and calm,
Allowing your inner light to expand with more love,
Trust,
Hope,
Happiness,
And peace,
Celebrating the light that you are.
Now,
Repeating the loving-kindness affirmations after me.
May I be well.
May I be safe.
May I be filled with loving-kindness.
May I be happy and healthy.
May I live with ease.
May I be free from suffering.
May I be joyful.
May I be loving.
May I radiate my inner light out into the world.
May I radiate my joy and happiness and may I see the divine love and light in myself,
Cultivating the sense of wellness,
Feelings of safety,
Peace,
Joy,
Love and happiness,
Allowing the divine love and light to fill in your soul and nourish every cell of your being.
Now,
Think about your loved ones,
Someone you love,
Your family,
Your friends,
Breathing and being loving awareness of your loved ones,
Smiling with peace,
Sending love to each one of them and repeat after me.
May I be well.
May I be safe.
May I be filled with loving-kindness.
May I be happy and healthy.
May I live with ease.
May I be free from suffering.
May I be joyful.
May I be loving.
May you radiate your inner light out into the world.
May you radiate your joy and happiness and may you see the divine love and light in yourself,
Allowing the divine love and light of your soul to radiate and to reach your loved ones,
Feeling the sense of love,
Joy and togetherness.

Bringing your awareness to all beings in the world,
Breathe and smile with peace,
Sending your love and kindness to all beings.

Allowing divine love and light of your soul emanating in all directions,
Feeling the sense of oneness.
Embrace your soul,

You are love and you are full of loving-kindness and know that your soul is filled with divine love and light.
Expressing gratitude to your soul,
To your love and light that you can share with yourself,
With your loved ones and with the world.

Allowing a deep breath in and breathe out.

Slowly roll your shoulders,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Opening your eyes to the world around you.
Noticing the space around you,
