Good morning,
Grand rising.
Welcome to this short morning meditation.
Begin to drop into your body,
Whether you're still in bed or maybe you've risen and arrived on a balcony or in a chair.
Just taking a moment to be present with your body and how you feel this morning.
Even if that's not amazing.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Open mouth,
Sigh it out,
Release any stagnant energy from the night.
Another deep inhale,
Filling the belly with fresh air,
Open mouth,
Sigh,
Release.
Turning your head from side to side,
Maybe rolling the shoulders back and down.
Moving through any kinks in the body from sleep.
Thinking the body for processing all that it did last night,
Even if it was only capable of a few hours.
Begin to bring in the frequency of gratitude.
As we continue to drop into the body,
Not the mind to bring in gratitude.
Listening to the sounds in this meditation and even being aware of beyond the sounds of the meditation.
Maybe there are background noises,
Things that could be deemed distracting with a curious mind instead of a judgmental one.
Finding gratitude for each individual experience,
For rest,
For a new day,
For the motivation to click on this meditation to do something different today.
Deep inhale,
Let it go.
The hustle culture can be so overwhelming and I invite you to just put down your to-do list for a moment and allow your angels to hold on to it for you for when you come back.
My love,
Here is your permission to go slow,
To move with ease and purpose.
Your worth is not determined by your productivity.
In fact,
Your worth is permanent,
Unwavering.
Notice if you clenched in your body anywhere,
If anything felt tight,
Bringing awareness to the hustle.
And just breathing deeply.
Almost done.
Enjoy it.
Place your hands over your heart.
Maybe one goes over your belly if that feels better.
Just say these words to yourself this morning,
I am listening.
Aligning to your natural rhythm for this beautiful new day to do something different.
I am listening.
