Today's track is a guided exercise I learned from Katherine Zenkina called, "Timeline Jumping." Whether you are in need of healing, a belief system, a change in circumstances, or simply want to quantum leap into the next level, this potent session will help you to energetically align with your blessing. Light music and channeled singing are incorporated to help you get out of your head and let go into the field of infinite possibilities. And so it is.

Welcome friends.

Recently I heard an incredible process that Katherine Zinkina walked us through on her podcast and I wanted to create a meditation to guide you through this process of what she calls timeline jumping.

So the idea is that in the quantum field there are infinite possibilities.

So a lot of times when you're working with a coach or in a spiritual aspect we'll remind ourselves about a condition of our lives or a circumstance that all things are possible.

We tend to get limited in our human thinking in that we can only see certain paths to the resolution.

And if those paths are blocked we feel helpless.

And so this process helps us to get out of the way and to remember what it is that we desire without limiting that possibility with how and when.

We're going to let go of the strategy and focus only on the energetic principles.

We're going to go to the timeline where your blessing occurs and we're actually going to step into that.

You see all the choices,

The little decisions that you make throughout the day are all guiding the current timeline that you're on.

If you wake up one minute earlier or you take one extra sip of coffee your day actually shifts.

That butterfly effect creates these ripples and for thousands and thousands and thousands of possibilities we live only one life that we are present and conscious in in this moment.

So get nice and comfortable extending out your legs and your arms taking up lots of space.

If it feels good to place something on your left and right,

Maybe a pillow or a blanket.

We really want to support our nervous system and feeling safe,

Feeling your borders around you,

Feeling held,

Creating that sensation of safety and security so that we can let go of the physical,

Material,

Body,

And attachments.

We are going somewhere else today.

So as if you're tucking your body into a restful state,

Maybe placing a pillow underneath your knees to lift the weight of the lower legs off of the back.

Laying back with the spine straight,

Loosening the shoulders and the grip of your jaw.

Let's start to take some deep cleansing breaths.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale release.

Keep breathing.

Slowing it down.

Start to connect beyond the physical body.

To the spiritual,

Soul body,

Which is connected to the collective consciousness,

The infinite,

The divine,

Source of love.

Setting an intention on what possibility,

What specific event or blessing you desire now.

Something outside of your own control that would take a miracle to shift.

Bring that to mind,

Bring it to heart,

Bring it to body,

Bring it to soul.

Keep breathing,

Noticing and releasing any limiting thoughts.

They're just passing clouds,

They don't even belong to you.

What I want you to do now is to create in your mind a scene from the timeline where this blessing has already occurred.

Similar to what you would visualize for a law of attraction based meditation.

However,

Your scene is not while it is occurring.

It will be after it has already occurred.

So for example,

If I desire to attract and receive the keys to my new home,

My dream home,

I would not imagine finding the home or touring the home.

I would imagine the home already being decorated.

I'm doing something maybe trivial like sitting on the couch or eating at my kitchen table,

Waking up in my bed and I have a thought.

Oh my gosh,

It really happened.

I'm really here right now.

Remember when I wanted this so badly and I want you to see that image with so much clarity.

Feel it in your body,

Sense it in your spirit.

Create all of the details,

Let them come to you.

Breathe it in,

Let it wash over with absolute certainty.

I want you to decide now if you are ready to fully have this.

Be honest with yourself because sometimes we're not.

Sometimes there's still some fear of success,

Of failure from success.

You don't have to know how,

You don't have to know when or why.

It's not your job to decide if you're worthy of this.

It is your job to decide if you want it,

If you desire it.

Be honest with yourself.

Feel it,

Let yourself feel.

Focus on that scene.

Focus on that scene and I want you to decide now no matter what happens from this point forward.

Even if it doesn't look possible,

Even if the situation gets quote-unquote worse,

No matter what it looks like,

This scene is inevitable.

You have now stepped into this reality where this scene is inevitably going to happen.

Giving thanks.

Nodding your head yes,

Yes,

Yes.

And taking a deep breath in through the nose.

Exhale,

Sigh it out.

Amazing,

Amazing job.

And I want you to come back to this level of certainty any and every time you need it.

When it starts to feel confusing,

Doubtful.

You remember that the version of you that has already received this blessing,

There is no doubt in that version of you.

You don't doubt something that already happened.

You don't question your reality when something has already occurred.

It's a memory,

It's ingrained.

So I want you to treat this situation as such.

That is a memory now.

An inevitable memory locked in.

May you be blessed forever for generations to come.

Aho,

Simply amazing! I live with chronic illness, pain and fatigue has been dragging me down, along with emotional pain about my daughter. I lay down and did this meditation.
